New to the area and did not look forward to the daunting task of finding a reliable and trustworthy A/C company, after a few online searches I came across JRV Heating and Cooling, could hardly believe the five star reviews they have, called for a maintenance on the house we moved into and was amazed by their performance and how well they explained everything, they even pointed out what should have been caught during inspection. I am now on JRV's maintenance plan and now understand the reason for the five star reviews. Thank you to the techs at JRV for your patience and answering all my questions

Raul and his team are always responsive, professional and thorough. They always explain clearly what the issue is and the options to correct it. Extremely honest and fairly priced. I am glad I don’t need their services often but when I do they take exceptional care of my home. I never hesitate to call when I have to.

We had an upstairs A/C failure over the weekend. I called them Monday morning and they committed to getting there late in the day (which I was fine with, my other company said it would be 2 days). Raul came by at 7pm (all good, as long as the kids didn't have to sleep without A/C again) He diagnosed it quickly, fixed it, gave me some good tips, and even checked on something else. A good man. And then he was off to another job! They've won a new customer. Thanks!
