Samm's called me about my annual maintenance and schedule a date. A few days before they called to verify and I told them one unit would be unavailable the second half of the windows. The service technician arrived at the early part of the window and I informed him that one unit would be unavailable but he was efficient and professional and got everything checked out well and in time. I've been overall very pleased with Samm's and their work.

I contracted with Samms to install 2 new AC units at my parents home. From the start of the process, through install & finish of the project and follow up, everyone we encountered and worked with (including Amber, Laura, Tiffany,, Marcus, Javier, etc) was knowledgeable, thorough, professional and very kind, especially to my elderly parents. Thank you Samms for the great work and for making my folks more comfortable in their home!

Great work by Matt. Very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. Another company gave me the incorrect diagnosis which Matt quickly rebutted. Other company came back to agree with Matt. We will be going with Samms for the repair due to Matt correctly identifying the issue the first time. The repair has not been performed yet, so this review is only for the diagnostic experience. Only comment is the part is 3-4 weeks lead time, which is likely related to global supply chain issues, but still something to note.

Samm's does top notch installation to code. They are expensive. Expect to pay at or more what other large installers in the area are going to quote you. In return you get high standards and excellent service with no corners cut.

100% recommend Samm's! From start to end, everyone (Amber and Laura at office, Tiffany, Marcus, and Luis and his team) was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. A/C stopped working at the end of July on the hottest days and it turned out it needed to be replaced. Invested in a variable speed A/C unit at $11.6k. No complaints so far. Look forward to work with Samm's in the future for A/C (or heating) needs.

Samm's is awesome!! Love the honesty from the whole team. Tiffany came out because we were having issues and was so helpful and thorough. Marcus came out to help us pick out the new unit - he's so knowledge and great at explaining everything. The quote was very reasonable. Luis, Josh, and Felipe were out to install the system and they were great - quick and professional! Great experience working with this company and will use again.

I cannot say enough about this great company. From those you deal with in the office to ALL of the techs I've dealt with in the many years I've been a customer, everyone is topnotch. Friendly & knowledgeable. I called this morning about my a/c going out. Victor arrived just a few hours later. Great guy who has been here before. Knew immediately what was needed and was done in less than 10 minutes. I joked with him and said, "So what took you so long?" LOL. I HIGHLY recommend Samm's Heating & Air Conditioning!

Mario and Eustolio were so professional installing my new a/c. They didn’t stop working from the time they arrived and were extremely tidy and polite. A long day for them. My new a/c is working great. I’ve used Samm’s Heating & Air Conditioning for many years and wouldn’t consider anyone else. All their staff are very professional and have been with the company a long time. That’s says a lot!
