CEO Paul Selle reached out after this review was posted to try and resolve our concerns. After coming out to inspect, it was found that a section of the roof was not installed properly and that the decking underneath was damaged. The following week they removed the roof, replaced the decking underneath and installed a new roof properly. We did have some siding damaged / not reinstalled after this repair, but they did come back out again to fix their mistakes. In addition to that they also replaced a few nearby pieces of siding unrelated to the repair that were

I have never done one of these reviews but I was so impressed by Brandon the owner & his crew that I promised to do this... So I highly recommend this company. They were strait forward & professional, yet still took the time to make a personal connection even though my job was a simple storm damage re-roof. The outcome was just as I hoped, done in the promised timeline, & great quality. I will use them for all of my future exterior projects.

In June of 2019 our home was damaged by very large and spike shaped hail. We just had our shingles replaced in October of 2018 but because of the extensive damage on the roof we were forced to replace our new shingles. Core Exteriors along with the Insurance Adjuster inspected our home at the same time and both agreed our home was damaged extensively as were many on our block.. We are now trying to get the damage repaired on our siding. Core Exteriors was wonderful to work with. We were having a hard time with our insurance company. They wanted us to have a contractor look at things. After Core came out they were able to have the insurance company come out and do an inspection. After the inspection they were able to cover the damaged roof, gutters and siding. Branden did a great job start to finish. They handled the everything with insurance, permitting and material. They were able to get us taken care of start to finish in about 4 weeks. We would use Core Exteriors again. A+

My wife and I are very thankful we chose Core to roof our home and shed. We turned away over a dozen roofers, but Field rep Steve's low key, no pressure personality prompted us to let Core's expert inspector Daniel on our roof for closer look. When we called or texted, Daniel promptly replied. When we asked him to come back and walk roof with our ins co appraiser, he showed up 1/2 hour early. Excellent work, quality materials were used. Branden was excellent to work with helping plan, and filing the building permit. The installer was careful and braced as needed while the deck was being built. Our project was especially challenging due to our property terrain. There were also structural considerations as part of the deck structure needed to support a large roof overhang. I would recommend Core Exteriors to anyone that values craftsmanship and quality.

Bobby and the team at Core were great to work with from start to finish. After an early summer storm, we contacted Core about hail damage. They were extremely responsive, worked seamlessly with us and our insurance company, and went out of their way to answer our questions or address any concerns we had throughout the process. All of the contractors onsite were courteous, respectful, and worked hard to complete work as efficiently and professionally as possible. I would definitely recommend working with Core and would hire them again!
