Pro-Lawn Services LLC est. 2015. The landscapping business has been in my family since 1997. What began as a small family business by my father, later grew into a love and passion of mine. Learning what it meant to maintain and transform a lawn with it's complexity and grand potential made realize, I too one day could build something similar to what my father had.

Proper soil development is rarely addressed during landscape construction which often leads to significant drainage problems when coupled with long periods of rain or mismanaged irrigation. Drainage plans can relieve standing water and soggy soils but long-term success relies on control of water sources, modification of soil texture, stratification reduction, subsurface fracturing and drainage hardware installation.
We consistently execute site engineering and landscape construction projects of all types and sizes. As an experienced, licensed and bonded contractor, we're able to work in a wide variety of capacities, including project manager or general contractor, design-build contractor, specialty contractor or subcontractor.
Pro Lawn Services LLC designs, installs and repairs irrigation systems for developments, commercial spaces and homes. We focus on creating highly efficient systems that help you save water, while also maintaining your landscaping. Once installed, an irrigation system must be carefully managed to meet seasonal watering requirements as efficiently as possible.
Healthy, green turf requires more than regular mowing, fertilizing and irrigating. Pro Lawn Services LLC provides turf renovation services to improve soil conditions and ensure beautiful turf over the long term. Regular aeration helps overcome compaction stresses by improving water and air movement into the soil, increasing beneficial microbial activity and rooting depth.

We had neglected our backyard for a few years and although it wasn't terrible, it needed a lot of tender, love and care. The turnaround time for getting the quotes after the initial estimate could use some improvement, but their work is amazing. We felt comfortable with Jay from start to finish and he was able to create a design that fit our budget. Jay and team did a fantastic job on our backyard patio laying down pavers. They were respectful throughout the project making sure to time the start of each work day to be most considerate to my neighbors.
This project was completed late summer, and now that we're entering the rainy season I can tell you that their work is holding up incredibly well, with the rain running off of the pavers to keep the patio relatively dry.
And the lights they installed on the patio make for an awesome evening feature that we'll be sure to use during all seasons for many years to come.

2 weeks after estimate visit and STILL NO ESTIMATE!
After being told "it will be sent via email by tomorrow afternoon", then being told "it was sent 3 days ago", then promising "the estimate will be re-sent at end of business today."
A good rule of thumb to run a successful business, your mindset should always be "no job too small".
I'm glad this company is running so successfully that they didn't want our money or the money from a potential larger job waiting in the wings.

Apparently this Company is not interested in low to medium income clients!
Finally received the courtesy of having one of their Supervisors come for an estimate. His attitude was one of being bothered to have to give an estimate to such a lower echelon property, and NO ESTIMATE WAS EVER RECEIVED.
Apparently what they did not comprehend is that we were going to be spending several thousands on landscaping, sprinklers, etc.
AVOID PRO LAWN SERVICES LIKE COVID-19!!!

Took time off work to meet up with these guys for an estimate for a small project and ongoing maintenance. I was told the estimate would be available the next day. After hearing nothing back I called the following week and was told by the receptionist it'd be available "within an hour". A few more days gone by I followed up with an email - no response. Now it's been 2+ weeks and still nothing.
Don't waste your time on these people.

When a business doesn't care enough about their prospective customers to pay someone to answer their phone, and when you leave messages that go unanswered for days I can only assume they don't have a clue how to run a business. Don't people understand that when you leave a message that you are waiting on the business to reply so that you can accomplish your task? Would they wait indefinitely to be paid? I will not trust our home to someone who cannot return a simple phone call.

When writing a review - I have to remain objective and non-biased; I write this because over the past year and half, I've develop a friendship with this company as well. Note, that this review is non-biased.
I've worked with PLS on two of my homes over the past year and half; both homes lawns and backyards where completely dead, and within a very short period they got my lawns to look the best in the neighborhood. In addition to a great lawn, I've hired them for many projects (French drains, brush clearing, new sod, gutter service, etc...) and have been happy with all the jobs
