I travel a lot with my job this company keeps me out of trouble with my HOA. When I'm away they take care of my lawn and even upload pictures of the completed work to the invoice. I had a previous lawn service person who did not know what they were doing so they systematically destroyed my lawn. Instead of full grass it was small patches of grass, dirt, plenty of weeds and crabgrass.
It was in very bad shape. But now 'Cook's Magnolia' has worked and changed it. It is so beautiful I can't remember what it looked like before. It is a blue Emerald green color and soft when you touch it. Lawns are beautiful, but lawn care can be complicated. Services
Set up a regular schedule for your yard maintenance. After an initial consultation, we can set up an annual plan to make sure your yard is always at its best! If you love caring for your lawn, but just need some help with fertilizing and aeration, we can schedule those services. We also do consultations to answer questions about your yard.

They were very unprofessional and did not do what they said they would. They promised as part of the service to remove weeds before laying beauty bark and did not do it. They employ workers who are incompetent and can barely operate the equipment properly. They expect the customer to mark the sprinkler heads for aeration rather than coming with a solution to a problem they deal with regularly. I paid them to power rake my grass but they didn't do the whole area. They leave a 2 foot perimeter undone and claim it's for safety as they don't want to damage the machine or the customers property. This

Used Cook's Magnolia Lawn Care to deal with my front and side yard a couple weeks before Christmas. CJ and Aaron provided excellent lawn service and provided an honest assessment of what needed to be done, with no hidden fees or contractual obligations. I accidentally mistimed the first appointment I had set with them and they were very accommodating at coming back at another time that worked. Will definitely use Cook's Magnolia again if I need any lawn care services.

I selected Cook’s Magnolia to come in for a spring cleaning of the yard areas of my home to ready it for market. CJ came out for a walk around, discussion of the areas’ needs and provide an estimate. He called to say he was running a little late but was on his way. Arriving soon, he surveyed the areas and addressed concerns I had about care around emerging trees, perennials and bulbs and the estimate was exceptionally reasonable. CJ and Aaron arrived on the appointed day and quickly set about trimming the trees, shrubs and cleaning flower beds with care while working around another crew working

I called this company for my elderly Mother who can no longer do yard work. I have to say I was skeptical of this company because it seem to good. From day one the workers were nice a professional. The prices are very reasonable and they do not charge for stuff you don’t need. The thing that sets this company aside from other companies I have hired; is the personal care and attention not just with the yard work but with my family. They take the time to see if my Mother is ok they even salted her sidewalks when it snowed. I’m ashamed to admit it but when my Mother told me how pleased she was
