We really enjoyed working with Chris Sanservino, the owner of Able Roofing. Able replaced our home’s roof and skylights. Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. We believe that his prices were reasonable and competitive. He was very helpful during the planning process. Our own research always proved Chris’ advice to be spot on. Chris and his team at Able Roofing did an excellent job installing a new roof on my house. He moved my installation date up when I noticed a leak after some heavy rain and his team arrived on time. Chris was always responsive and available to answer my questions. He worked and supervised his crew who were extremely professional. The installation would have been done in one day if storms hadn’t hit later in the afternoon. They returned the next morning and finished the job quickly. I had concerns about the integrity of my roof. I spoke with a different contractor who, without looking at the issues I was having inside my house, informed me that though my roof was only about 12 years old, I would need to put on a whole new roof. Chris came over the next day, took my concerns about the interior of the house into consideration, and helped me understand what might be going on inside the house. Able Roofing removed my old roof and replaced it with a new roof in just 1 day! (I have a medium sized colonial) Chris was informative, helpful , provideda quick and thorough estimate. No hidden costs. His price was the best, service was professional , well-done and the roof is beautiful. Not only that but his clean up afterwards was perfect. Great company and very well managed.

Chris and his guys are fantastic! I contracted Able Roofing to have a reroof, skylight, chimney flashing and gutter replacement done and couldn't be happier. When getting the estimate Chris came out the same day I called and actually went up on the roof to take measurements and inspect everything. His pricing is fair and reasonable, set up and clean up afterwards was great and extremely fast service! The roof, skylight and flashing was done in a day and the gutters were the next day. Couldn't ask for a better experience, look no further when replacing your roof, Chris is your guy.
