We had leak in 30 year old roof that got worse over 3 months before we called Northland roofing . They came out immediately and gave us all possible cost estimates, from roof replacement to simple repair. When they started work they discovered that we did not need new roof (yet). They installed/repaired the flashing and added new gutter pieces. Saved us a fortune and they were done in two days. Highly recommend them. And will use them again when we finally do need to replace our 30 year old roof. We had seen their work on other homes before selecting them. All good reviews

I have called this company because I needed a new roof , before them I have contacted few others companies but I have chosen this one for many reasons.they scheduled on time and coordinating with me, Tony came and was very precise and professional explaining my situation and what was needed to be done. They schedule the service day and. 5/6 workers came and work til late so my my roof was completed at same day, removed all the debris and left me with a beautiful picture of my roof. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I contacted this company to replace and repair the roof of my home this past spring. When they started their work it seemed as if work was going well until some items and tasks weren't complete or done in a professional matter.
1. The gutter was removed to obtain positive slope for proper runoff. However, when they installed the gutter - it was not installed abutting my home which resulted in a gap between the gutter and the home.
2. Some areas that were repaired on the roof did not look aesthetically pleasing. Leaving gaps between shingles which may result in water infiltration in the future

Northland Roofing is an extremely well run group of professional roofing and overall home care and repair company. I called them to replace my roof. They came out within one day, inspected my roof as well as my interior to check for any decay and damage in the attic as well as my ceilings and walls.They answered all my questions and even taught me lessons on roofing shingles and installation.
Their price for replacement was right in the middle of three other estimates. Perfectly done and very nice gentlemen. Thank you.

Great experience with Northland Roofing 👍! They were able to drop by for a full roof replacement only a week after I received the initial quote.
Rob is a pleasure to work with and they were able to do the full replacement in only a few days and it looks great! They even realigned the gutters. The cleanup was a bit of a process but Rob and Antonio were able to ensure the job was finished to completion.

The crew at Northland Roofing was everything I could ask for and more. Within an hour of requesting a quote, I was contacted by Robert S. to schedule a time to see the roof and work required. The estimate came quickly and was well under what I was expecting to pay. Robert went over all my options for repairing my roof, and not two days after putting down a deposit, the crew was there. They worked incredibly diligently, finishing the job in one day. The crew was so professional and were meticulous in their clean-up. Antonio and his team were prompt friendly and professional. I reached out to at least 5 vendors in my area Yonkers, Mt Vernon. None were any good. None even got on my roof to assess. Antonio actually got on the roof. You would think roofers would do that instantly. No so. Great price unbelievable work! Done quickly neatly and garbage cleanup amazing.
