We have never paid to have carpets cleaned in 28 years. We always did our own work. We decided to have it done professionally and it was a great experience. They got out some old stains to the best of their ability, the carpet looks like brand new (cream color, so it’s a light carpet) smells amazing from the sanitizer. Couldn’t be happier!! Highly recommend them. They even put up this tarp so that our heat didn’t escape out the front door while the hoses were coming into the house.

I had our rugs cleaned yesterday in Elgin. Although I called other companies, Carpet Wiser accommodated my immediate need to schedule a date to get urine strains removed from our little dog. Carpet Wiser courteously sent text messages in advance of the appointment and followed up with a phone the day of the appointment. The job these 2 men did was phenomenal! From their courteous demeanor to their professional expertise they worked a HARD couple of hours and my worn out rugs looked NEW. The cost was very reasonable given the job done! Very detailed explanation given for what was recommended and what they will do. Our carpet is old and we have dogs and cats so I wasn’t expecting it to turn out too good. Our carpet looked amazing and was so soft. I was very impressed with the results. Highly recommended and would definitely use them again.

Very satisfied with Carpet Wiser. We have used them multiple times and have always been very happy with the service. You will get a much more thorough cleaning than you would with anyone else. They really take their time with the job. They’re aren’t rushing to finish and take pride in their work-something you’re definitely not going to get with a national chain.

We just had our carpet cleaned by Victor and Jose with Carpet Wiser and they were great. They went through the whole house with me, asking me what areas I was most concerned about and then went through the estimate thoroughly. They were respectful of my furniture and belongings, as some things needed to be moved. And last but not least, the carpets look fantastic. They got out some stains that I thought for sure were permanent and they even got old, dried up slime out of my daughter's carpet. When they were done they walked me through again so I could check everything out. They were also polite

All I can say about Carpet Wiser is they are FANTASTIC!!! I had Karastan carpeting put in 17 years ago when I bought my home, and was beginning to think I was going to have to replace it with hard flooring. It's endured 17 years of kittens, elderly/ill cats and puppy "mistakes" that I tried to keep up with using Spot Bots and upright cleaning machines. Hired Carpet Wiser Carpet Cleaning for one of my rental property where previous tenants left so dirty carpet with colorful spots, dried dirty unknown liquid and so on. I called Carpet Wiser Tuesday and they came Wednesday afternoon and emailed me a quote. I also pretty like their quote system which is like my car oil change, that you can chose and change the different items on the to-do list. I accepted the quote Wednesday around 5pm, and they came right way and finished the job around 8:16pm SAME DAY!! And I am so surprised that now the carpet is like brand new. I am so satisfied with their service

This is the 3rd time I have used Carpet Wiser. Raoul was fantastic! He and Christopher did an amazing job, moved what needed to be moved and my carpet again looks like new....hard to do with old, light colored carpet. Successfully addressed pet stains from my old kitty too.

We had our 15 year old carpet cleaned for the second time. First time I did it with a rental. The carpet wasn't horrible but it was dirty and had many stains. I didn't skimp on the services and had them do it the correct way at a reasonable price. The carpet is like new. Unbelievable job. Let these guys just do what they do and you will be amazed.

AMAZING!!!!!! I am truly amazed at what a fantastic job Raul and his team did! I regret that I don't have "before" pictures of the 17 year old carpet that we were going to replace due to stains and rips...I was extremely doubtful when they said they could fix it...but WOW...they made the entire house look like new! This team knows their stuff!!!! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly highly recommend Carpet Wiser...you will not regret it! Great service. Not just the carpet cleaning, but overall customer service as well. Victor and Jorge were absolutely professional. They arrived exactly when they were scheduled to. Called Victor and the team at Carpet Wiser out to take care of our basement carpet, which is 9 years old, and has seen quite a bit of abuse and spills from kids and pets. I did not expect carpet cleaning to make it look much better, but to at least make it a little less dirty. The team from Carpet Wiser did an awesome job, and our 9 year old carpets look almost new again. Victor even noticed a slight moisture odor, and was able to treat a problem area to remove the mildew smell. Our basement flooded and they took care of EVERYTHING! We could not be more pleased. Everyone was very polite, courteous and professional! They put the time in, to get the job done. Carpet Wiser is the most fantastic and only company I'd ever choose. We have a large home and our puppies did quite a number on it when we first moved. These two gentlemen showed up, were very professional and friendly; always smiling. They worked very hard over the course of four hours and got rid of every singly stain throughout the house.
