Glad I discovered this family owned company. I was greatly impressed with the communication, the timeliness, price, the employees, the installation & hands on working owner. Our old Goodman was tired and was 14 years old, and needed to be retired. I look forward to years of dependable service with the New American Standard furnace, coil, and air conditioner and hope this continues to be good working relationship over the years with Viking. As a person who is extremely cautious (afraid of being taken advantage of) when hiring repair companies, I did a great deal of research on various A/C repair company options before hiring Viking Air, and did so because Kelly actually made me feel that he wanted to help me and NOT RIP ME OFF by quoting things I did not need to have done.

The only disappointment I have is that I could not give them a 10 star review! This company was excellent from scheduling to completion of installation. They were so kind, they took time to understand my home cooling problems and design a system that met my needs, instead of just up selling me. They are and will be my go to company for any and all HVAC need!

Go with Viking! I needed emergency ac repair before 116° forecast. I called a few 24hr companies hoping someone can come out before 10am. Viking was the only business that answered at 6am. Kellie came out as fast as he could and repaired my ac unit. He truly cares about his customers, he's honest and hard working. Pricing was fair as well, can't complain.
