Affirmative Air is a trustworthy organization with the best customer service I've ever encountered. Caprice was great and so helpful. She went above and above to assist us and see to our needs. She went above and above the call of duty. Then Abel arrived at our house, and he, too, was extraordinary. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. This business is ethical and trustworthy, and they genuinely care about their consumers. If you require any type of air conditioning needs, this is the sole business to contact. I'd give them 150 stars if it were possible.

Excellent, professional service. Honest and affordable. We had to replace a 25 year old unit. We have 3 units in our home and Affirmative Air has replaced two of the three (the third will be next but they said it was working fine still (honesty)!!! Ian and Jack were professional, friendly and efficient. I’m a customer for life!!

Our AC unit died during Memorial Day weekend. Through HomeAdvisor, I found Affirmative Air and Jay took my call within minutes of receiving our inquiry. They were out here the next morning and provided us with an affordable unit price, good quality unit and great warranty/service plan. A day later we have cold air!!! Called a few times spoke to Ashley (forgive me if that is wrong) having quiet a few issues with my dial. She always answered and then was able to fix it over the phone with me. From the beginning I was dealing with an air conditioning nightmare. I had 3 other companies come out and couldn't figure out what the problem was. They suggested a new unit or some experimental repair that just didnt feel right considering the unit is only 5 years old! Shawn came out to help with our AC on a Friday at 7 PM to our place in Payson, and he was great. He told us what the problem was, different ways we could go about fixing it and what our best option was to save us a bit of money. He was great and now our AC is running ice cold and is beautiful. I would definitely recommend Affirmative Heating, and especially Shawn!

We had Shawn come out to our place. He replaced transformer, a month later it was broken again. He made all sorts of excuses & told us just needed to buy a new unit. We wisely decided to get a second opinion!! After spending $500 with affirmative... and told we needed a new unit after that. We were able to successfully have it fixed by a reputable company for $400!!! I don't recommend affirmative air, sorry! Shawn ruined my faith in the company!
