WOW! What an incredibly positive experience! We have an 20+ year old AC unit that was not working properly. Doug checked EVERYTHING and determined it was in great condition and made the necessary repairs. Blowing cold now & working great! We're happy to get a few more years of use from it-thanks to Doug

They guys at Arrow were super responsive. They came out the next morning as my house was struggling to get below 83. The tech they sent walked through the process, explained what he would check, what he found, and then gave recommendations. Although my system could use an upgrade since it is 20 years old, he didn't push it on me to get there, which I loved. I feel like most contractors would find something like that and push the urgency to get it done. No doubt it does, but I don't have that kind of capital, and the tech was very understanding. My system got recharged a small tune-up

Our air conditioner quit working and my son referred Arrow Mechanical as a good reliable contractor. I called that evening and they scheduled to visit the next morning. They repaired the air conditioner quickly without trying to push additional services or fees. I felt they were very honest and professional. I will be using them again for future ac repairs. I would recommend them to anyone to use.
