Basically, place was "eh." Certainly had worse experiences but have also had much better. They were not on the top end regarding pricing though (I got 5 quotes and with 1 being most expensive and 5 being cheapest, they fell in at 3rd place but were only marginally more than the 4th) so you know the old adage, you get what you pay for.

Excellent service, quality installation and very reasonable price. When I had a shower enclosure shatter on me, these guys responded quickly with a competitive estimate for replacement, they were always responsive. The installation was done professionally and on time. I would highly recommend Methuen Glass and would certainly use them again.

I live a very busy life, and with that said have a strict need for time management.
Was told a certain time bracket and made my schedule around that, past the time I called and was told the guy was running late and was in another job, 30mins plus is the feeling I got.
Upon cancelling, which I didn't want to do, I could sense that he was irritated, and I understand, but I would like to highlight that he remained very professional and respectful the entire time.
I only passed them up because I didn't have the time to sit on it, and if the guy is reading this, I'm sorry we weren't able to complete
