My 5 year old Samsung washer was leaking! Many people won’t even look at a Samsung, but Borden’s did! When I called I got a nice person who answered the phone! They called me that evening & were able to come out the next day & fixed my washer ! I couldn’t be happier! Will definitely use them again!

While the workers at this company were very nice and professional, I would 100% not recommend their service. First off, it’s $100 to just come out and diagnose the problem, which is a bit outlandish. Second, the diagnosis of the problem, in my experience, is a best guess that they add the words “extremely confident” behind so they can just take your money. I was told that my dryer just needed “an all new tumbling system” which was $450 because the “pieces were high end” (despite the same pieces being on Amazon for ~$20 each, go figure) but should “last a longer time.” Once these

This company came highly recommended to me, and had good reviews online. Had a tech come out to look at my refrigerator recently, and was extremely disappointed! Basically was here for less than 10 minutes, didn’t take my fridge apart or anything, not even sure what he did if anything, but was on the phone half the time, and then basically told me my 3 year old fridge was unrepairable (the parts to fix it would cost almost as much as a new refrigerator would). I was upset about the diagnosis and a friend recommend I unplug and defrost the unit. So we did that and now it’s working perfectly

We had service done on our clothes dryer. It needed a new heating element assembly. Andrew was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. He also reinstalled the venting because the original was bent and not getting proper airflow. Which wasn't an easy job due to the small space in the laundry room. Very pleased with our service and will recommend them to anyone.

Borden Appliance is amazing........Andrew came out at the end of January because my oven was on the blink, (the element was not working). My daughter scheduled an appointment because she is usually the one who does the cooking in the house. All I can say is that I have worked with Borden Appliance a couple years ago and each time they come out… they are always fair and honest and very polite and Andrew definitely is all of those things. He was promptly on time and was able to fix my oven for a very decent price and was able to explain what exactly happened to the element and showed me where

We needed someone to come out to take a look at our washer, which was showing an error on it. Chuck was very friendly and knowledgeable, looking down every avenue to fix our issue. He did a great job explaining everything along the way. Hopefully we won't have any other appliance issues, but if we do we will definitely be giving Chuck a call. Wonderful customer service!

We have had Chuck from Borden Appliance out a few times to fix our refrigerator. Each time Chuck came out he was always on time and very reasonable in price. The things I like the most about him are that he values his customers and is honest and straight forward..... he is the type of guy that is gonna go above and beyond to make sure that his customer is happy. Trust me if you are looking for an honest person that will get the job done the right way, Borden Appliance is definately the company to call.

Called them to look at my washer, which i told them had a pump issue and would not drain because i did my research. Instead of them actually opening up the washer and looking at the pump to see if it was clogged the just hooked up their little computer and ran a diagnostic...
"your pump isn't working" was their response with a $75 bill. Thanks! i already knew that and told you that.
Quoted me at $331 to replace the part when the part costs $50-$70. Thats a lot of labor and something i'll just have to do myself now that i found an easy video for repair. Oh....and they
