Steve came out and gave a quote to repair some screens - agreed to the quote and waited for the materials to come in. Once scheduled they showed up and began repairs. At the end of the job was told they couldn't finish it at the agreed upon price because the work was more than they had thought it would take. Called the office and asked to have Steve call me back - never received a call back. But they had no problem emailing me the invoice for the partial job. I promptly paid the invoice to close out my dealings with them. I believe they should have honored the quote they gave in the first place

Left ph msg w another screen repair company asking to call me for FL rm screen replacement. No call back. How does that work? I gave up and called Cutting Edge. Got immediate phone response for scheduling work...and professional repair done in less than a week. Thank you Steve! We will call you back next year for full replacement w 20/20 screen.

Outstanding, reasonable, FAIR (since when is anyone fair) and friendly.
The estimates I’ve gotten over the past 6 mos were ridiculous. Steve fixed my garage screen panel door in 20 mins and charged almost nothing (something but not anything to complain about). Will be using in a few weeks to re-spline all panels and fix back lanai screen too.

I have a home that needed all new window screens and a window repair. Steve did an awesome job, and came back twice until it was all done right. Having had some recent bad experiences with customer service from other repairs, this was an uplifting change. Ashley is just adorable and does her best to communicate and schedule work. Now keep in mind...mine was a small job compared to all the pool enclosures and other repairs tradesmen are dealing with from hurricane Matthew, so to get this kind of service at this time is outstanding, truly.

High quality Craftsmanship. It's hard to find these days. Fortunately for me these boys have it and took great care of me after hurricane Irma. They are one of the only companies to answer my call than instantly schedule me a day and time to come out estimate and install.
