I’m Glad before entering into a contract with them that they showed their true colors. I rather pay more money to deal with a company that actually wants to do business in a professional and responsive manner. The sales Rep is the biggest reason I won’t be doing business with them. I received a survey about my estimate and told them during that call I wasn’t satisfied and they didn’t even blink. I’ve even reached out to the office to see if they could assist with a simple request prior to signing the contract and giving them the 50% down. And still NOTHING! Most of these bad reviews are

Contacted Window world and met with Scott after comparing options with other companies for a quote on néw windows for the whole house. Bill came to house to show me product and give estimate. He was at the house for about 2 hrs. He thoroughly explained and had documentation to support the superiority of the windows, doors and installation. Bill is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I placed the order and await my new windows and doors. P.s. man that came to measure to double check measurements was excellent.

The sales staff at this location are excellent and worked well to get us the quality products that we wanted at a reasonable price. we were given a delivery estimate of 10-12 weeks but told it would most likely be 6-8 weeks. we paid a 50% deposit.
it is now 17 weeks later and we still don't have our windows. we just called and were told it MAY be another 7 weeks, but our order hasn't even shipped yet. when we asked why they didn't call and let us know, we were told that they don't do that, they wait for customers to call them.

Bill Phillips came to my home to give me an estimate for replacing 13 decades old windows. His presentation was excellent. He showed me in great detail what types of windows were available to choose from, their construction and how they are designed to withstand the Florida climate. He also gave me the cost of each window individually, which other companies’ estimates failed to do.

Originally I wanted 11 new windows, but due to every window being the same price (Despite the two bathroom windows being 1/4 the size of the regular windows) we negotiated a compromise leaving off the smallest ones. After coming to the agreement, Ryan insisted that Window World must receive full payment up front before any work is started. At first I was

At first everything went well. Windows are good, everybody was prompt, polite and easy to talk to at the start, then after 2 months of waiting the windows turned out to be of the wrong size. After this,… people I talked to spoke in irritated tone, and the person that responds to messages hardly responded anymore. Scheduling installation was a nightmare, one had to be home waiting the whole day for installer. 4-6 hours have to be allowed for them to show up. I only needed 4 windows and the last one had to wait 5 more days to be completed. I placed my order in April 2021 and complete installation

My husband and I ordered six windows on May 14, 2021 and were told by Kenny Wilson it would take 8-10 weeks for our windows to be delivered and installed. During this time we decided to add another window to our existing order and tried numerous times to reach Mr. Wilson to no avail. He never returned one phone call to us. Twelve weeks later we contacted WW to get an update and were informed it would be 12-14 weeks. Forward to 17 and 1/2 weeks I called WW and spoke with David Miller and asked for an update and was informed shipping date was Sept 13, 2021 which was the same date I contacted WW.
