American Concrete Raising
There are a number of things that can cause concrete to settle over time, including poorly compacted fill soils, building on expansive clay, and drying of soil. These factors can eventually create a gap under the concrete slab, which is what causes the concrete to crack, break, or settle. Regardless of the cause, sunken concrete can cause a number of problems to a home or building.

The concrete contractors at American Concrete Raising offers several high-quality, affordable solutions to raise or repair sunken concrete for your home or business. These include slabjacking/mudjacking and caulking. As a result, your concrete can be made as good as new but for half the cost! We can also place new concrete, if necessary.

Whether your repair needs are too extensive, or you need concrete placed for the first time, we can place new slabs on sidewalks, driveways, and more! We can raise concrete on any flatwork using cost-effective mudjacking technology, making your slabs look like brand new! Using a caulk sealant, we can repair cracks and joints in concrete, fill seams, and smooth rough surfaces, providing waterproof sealing performance.

Whether it's due to poorly compacted fill soils or tree roots, concrete can settle over time, resulting in a variety of problems. American Concrete Raising offers solutions to these problems using mud-jacking (also known as slabjacking) technology. In addition to leveling the concrete, these cost-effective options can increase the value of your property, eliminate safety hazards, and reduce embarrassment of an unsightly nuisance.
The condition of the concrete around your house has a significant effect on its overall aesthetic value. When parts of your driveway, patio, or sidewalk start to crack and break apart, it makes your entire home look aged and worn down. If you're looking to update your home and keep it looking tidy, then contact us for concrete repair in Valpo.
At American Concrete Raising, we take pride in our work and meeting the needs of our customers. Below are some before-and-after photos of some of our recent concrete raising/replacement projects. They promised to complete a repair for their mistakes made in July. It’s now November and they still haven’t done it. Horrible quality and I want my money back. I’m going to the BBB

Positive: Quality, Value
They raised a couple of spots and caulked all the cracks. The driveway looks great. They arrived on time, immediately went to work and did not stop until the work was done. We highly recommend American Concrete Raising for correcting all your concrete issues.

Great service and fantastic follow up. We had some cracks filled and sealed a few years ago and the caulking was starting to deterioate and they came out, refilled the cracks all at no charge. I will continue recommending them to everyone I know that needs concrete repairs.
