I contacted Brown & Sons almost 4 weeks ago requesting a quote on a new drive way and garage floor. I have not heard a word from them. In reading reviews from Google and YELP, it seems Brown & Sons doe snot like to respond to customers or potential customers. It is sad considering the times you would think they'd appreciate the business. Guess they aren't interested in gaining new customers.

Shout out to Brown & Sons Concrete on an awesome project! We had our patio replaced and they did an incredible job ... the crew that worked on our project took care of our house like it was their own! This is the second project that Brown & Sons have done for us and we are thrilled ... If you need work done give them a call!

Doug and his crew did a great job on our excavation & concrete project that we had at our business.
When I could not be there while they were working, Doug provided pictures of what was discovered.
Concrete looks great and the drainage is working exactly how we hoped.

Called for estimate on a large residential job and put an appointment on my calendar per their availability. They never showed up for the appointment or called to reschedule.
UPDATE - 06/18: I reached out to Doug, based on the comment below. Never received a response, so the issue was never properly resolved. Fortunately, I've decided not to use Brown & Sons.

While the driveway came out beutiful our garage floor cracked clear across from front to back after 2 months of placement. It was not a stress crack and we didn't park our cars on it as instructed. We have been trying to get ahold of someone for MONTHS. After 3 months someone came out, saw it wasn't a stress crack and promised treatment. After MULTIPLE phone calls AGAIN someone came out to put apoxy in the crack that went clear across my garage; however they promised to come back and finish the treatment. We have been calling over and over again. We have been promised to receive call backs and

Positives and negatives. Here's my experience with Brown and Sons.
I called Doug Brown, spoke to him on the phone and he showed up to survey my property. I called 3 other concrete guys in March and none of the others returned my call or followed up with me. So that's a positive.
Doug quoted me a price and I went with it, since I couldn't get others to respond. Don't know if that was a good price or a bad one. So no opinion on that.
Doug's initial contract said he bears no responsiblity for the condition of my yard when he's done. I objected to that, we talked about it and he agreed to replace
