Lee Pahmiyer is a native of Waco with more than 20 years in the construction industry. He started as a carpenter's apprentice in high school and then moved to the New Orleans area, where he worked as an assistant superintendent for a commercial general contractor. Lee became a professional insurance adjuster in 2005 in order to help evaluate claims along the Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina.

After experiencing some roof damage/ice damning issues causing leak, we called Pahmiyer Roofing and Construction for an inspection and estimate.
They made us aware of the damage caused by the unusual winter storm here in Texas as a result of ice damning as well as wind damage and hail. They worked with us and our insurance company closely and the end result was the roof needed to be replaced along with some minor interior ceiling repairs. Both Lee Pahmiyer (owner) and Cody Wells inspector/manager went to work quickly with us and our insurer and started repairs within a month and half to change

Pahmiyer roofing did an exceptional job of repairing our roof, and for extra measure repaired the damaged fence from a storm. Lee (the owner) is a man of integrity and honesty, and was always available for a phone call. Despite USAA and ALCAT giving us a devil of a time paying for the damage, Lee treated us with trust and understanding. The quality of the work was exceptional!! I will use Lee again.

My husband and I purchased a home four years ago with a new roof by a local roofer. Within 18 months, the roof was leaking and the shingles looked like a wave at the beach.
