Linen & Flax was born out of a passion for two of my greatest loves: home and family. My passion has always been to create liveable and inviting spaces where families can be comfortable to live their best life. Places where their best memories are made. Places they are proud to call home. What started as a desire to create that environment for our family grew into the opportunity to do the same for friends and neighbors.
One by one, they invited me into their homes and trusted me with their spaces. Over time I began to trust myself. We hosted a Linen & Flax launch party in our home and every guest who joined us left asking the same question: Where can I buy your furnishings and accessories? Two months later, we provided an answer by opening the Linen & Flax Home store on Canton Street in the heart of downtown Roswell, Georgia.

They have a couple of locations to choose from, the home store is a welcome change from the big box stores where you can buy anything but have no idea how to place it in your home. Just the way they showcase the products provides the extra incentive to make you want to purchase things. Awesome employees that provide service with a smile. We'll definitely be back soon.

I visited this store for the first time a couple of days ago and I'm so happy I did. I was warmly greeted by the ladies working at the front desk. I explained to them what I was looking for and they were excellent at recommending pieces that might work. I left with several items, displayed them, and realized they were all too small and a little too bright white for the space. I returned my items first thing the following morning , showed them pictures of how it looked and explained what I was looking for to help fine tune my selections. They were so kind and helpful again! I was a little nervous

The team that makes your house a home at Linen and Flax are amazing from beginning to end. They are extremely professional and upfront about the entire process. I’ve worked with a few designers and Chaz is the only one that actually listened to what I wanted in my dream home and delivered it. I can’t wait to do more projects with them!!

I would love to be able to recommend this store my friends but feel that I can't because of the lack of transparency from the staff on return policies. My wife and I spent close to $400 at Linen & Flax on a Saturday and decided that one of the pieces just didn't work in our home. They aren't open on Sunday so we figured we would return the item next weekend when we both had the time away from work. We went to return the item today and were informed that they only have a 48 return policy. This is very disappointing. Again no one told us as first time shoppers. Yes, I know it was in the fine print

I’m hoping to visit there one day and I’m certain I’ll love it all! The clothes and the home store items are fabulous and you can return for a store credit which is very clear when you purchase.
I hope to meet Chaz and some of her team with whom I’ve worked just to tell them personally how I appreciate their service!! Chaz seems down to earth and genuine..... I’m addicted to it all!!!

I can not say enough good things about all of my experiences with Chaz & her team at Linen and Flax home and clothing stores. From the moment you walk into the store you are treated like a friend. Besides being completely knowledgeable about the design business, they offer free design consults in store which is extremely hard to come by. Her store is one out of a magazine and the products are fantastic quality and reasonably priced. If you are looking to add some beauty to your home, this is your one stop shop.

I love Chaz and her team at Linen & Flax! Everyone is very helpful and quick to respond to my questions whenever I email them. I love the items they carry in their home and apparel stores. I live out of state and love receiving my orders from them. The attention to details in the packaging are just perfect. Looking forward to a girl's trip soon to the stores.

Everything about this store is perfection! Every time I visit, I'm always greeted by Chaz's super friendly team, and they are always so helpful! I got lucky one day, and Chaz was in the store! She helped me put together a whole look for the sideboard in our foyer! Design comes naturally to her, and you can tell she truly loves what she does! If you visit Linen and Flax, you won't leave empty handed! Cutest little place in downtown Roswell hands down!

We are clients of Linen & Flax Design Services and have been for almost a year. Chaz and her team fully described the process with an initial "interview," a paid consultation fee (that we knew was just that - a fee), an on-site consultation (to ensure we were fit for each other) an additional design fee (that we fully expected), and purchase of Linen & Flax furniture and all of their goodies!! I HIGHLY recommend Chaz, Lauren, Courtney, and the rest of the team! They are honest, kind, respectful, caring, and all of the things! Your house becomes your home with this crew!

We absolutely LOVE Linen & Flax. When we first moved to Roswell, I stumbled into the store & I was beyond excited to find such a beautiful store in our town. Their products are absolutely incredible. I love all things quality & design and L& F nails it every season. Chaz & her team are incredibly friendly, honest, genuine, helpful & reliable - this is why I come back week after week! They also stand by their product, which I love, because I’ve been burnt before. My family & I will always be loyal L&F customers!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this store or designer to anyone! I feel as though I have been scammed out of $300. I booked Chaz to come for a consultation in my home. I was told before booking that at this visit she would walk my ENTIRE home and recommend different things for us to do. To begin, she and her associate were LATE getting to my home(mind you I took off work to be there in time). They did not have the courtesy to call to inform me they would be late either. When they finally arrived, I believe they were in my home for a total of 5-10 minutes. They walked only the first floor and

My friend & I visited both the home and clothing store. She's from So. Cal & loves shopping in Atl. We both purchased items at both locations and later spoke of the experience. Nice things, but in both stores on Dec. 5, 2018 we couldn't help but notice that the customer service was less than desirable. They didn't ask if we needed assistance. When we would ask for help, they weren't very accommodating. Although it's holiday season, both stores were not busy, so the slight inconvenience we felt really wasn't warranted.

She has beautiful things, reasonably priced and it's the perfect spot to grab a gift.
Candles, creams, kitchen goodies, linens, arrangements, sweet signs, pillows, precious little statues, awesome furniture, mirrors, lighting and architectural pieces.
This place is a gem. We met the owner Saturday and she was soo sweet! I'll be sure to get back there my next trip to Roswell, and i hope they offer shipping soon!
You need to visit. It's great. And the porch swing is perfection!

Can I just move in this place?! From the moment you drive up you know Linen & Flax is a special store. No detail is overlooked and inspiration is found everywhere your eye lands! The icing on the cake? This piece of heaven actually smells like Heaven, and here you can buy the candle:) Go as soon as you can!

This place is an absolute gem! My grandmother and I stopped by a few weeks ago just to kill time and look around. We had a warm welcome and instantly began to make friends with staff! It's the cutest store you ever did see, too! There are several truly unique pieces to be found at Linen & Flax. We'll definitely be visiting again soon for some small décor. Our experience was marvelous and I think you'll enjoy it, too.

Chaz is my spirit animal! I just had a wonderful consultation with her in my home, and I was amazed by her expertise, experience, great instincts, and willingness to work in my budget. Plus, she is the most warm, genuine person! If you, like me, watch HGTV's Fixer Upper and drool with envy, immediately stop what you are doing and get to Linen & Flax in Roswell to see her gorgeous, stunning, magazine-worthy shop.
