HSR has been serving the staging and redesign industry since 2005 and has an A+ rating by the BBB. As the owner and lead designer for Anew Home Staging and Design, the passion was always there for me to design and rearrange rooms. I started college in Interior Design courses and obtained a Bachelors in Business, and an MBA.
I expanded on my Design education and became HSR certified and a member of the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners. I am also a member of the trade association for Stagers, Redesigners and Realtors -RESA. My passion is working with each unique home to customize the design and bring out its best features.
Functionality and connecting to the space for the owners is a critical piece that isn't overlooked. Along with working with home owners, I also work with builders, investors, realtors and Boston based Model 55. In working with bathroom, kitchen and full home interior design I pass along all of my trade discounts while I design and shop for a new and updated look.

Professionally home staging will give it an edge in the market and make it stand out from the competition. Staging is done mainly using items you already own. We will prepare your current furnishings in a way that highlights all the positive features. We will also bring items that can help accessorize, so you don't have to spend money on purchasing furnishings you don't want to keep.
Every third Thursday of the month at 7:00-8:30 we will go over the latest trends, the way to decorate for your unique needs. Send us up to 5 photos of your concern areas and we will address them in this one on one webinar. We hired Susan from Anew Staging & Design for home staging in 2021 and would highly recommend her services. Susan is incredibly talented, responsive, professional, practical and an excellent value. Anew did a great job staging my home! After we had it painted and the floors were refinished the neutral color pallet Susan used created a tranquil and inviting atmosphere for potential buyers. She creatively adjusted built in bookcase shelves so they looked new and fashionable instead of tired and boring. She even custom painted a breakfast table and coffee table just to use in our home!
