Unfortunately pet urine can cause permanent damage to your carpets and upholstery. To explain how this happens we must first explain the chemical make- up of urine. Fresh urine has a pH level of 5 or 6, this means when your pet first has an accident on the floor it is at this stage that it is easiest to remove.

Mark arrived at my Piano Studio on time and did such a high-quality job. This is the only company of several I contacted, that had the skills and knowledge to actually both stretch and clean the carpet without me having to hire professional piano movers to move my full size grand piano out of the room while the work was being completed. The carpet looks brand new, like it was just installed today. Wonderful people who do an amazing job. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After consistently seeing recommendations and excellent reviews on local social media, I booked Nicholas Carpet Care for a few services: quiet subfloor squeaks, clean carpets, and re-stretch carpet in a long, wide hallway. We had Nicholas Carpet Care out to our new house to clean the carpets. Once they arrived, they discovered some damage/issues with the floors that meant they couldn't be safely cleaned and needed to be replaced. They took the time to walk us through what work needed to be done, made some recommendations on companies to use, and in the end didn't even charge us for the time they spent helping us. I'd highly recommend them for their honesty and customer service...we'll be using them when we're ready to get the new carpets cleaned.

Paul arrived and followed all their COVID protocols (thank you!) I had two large sofas, an ottoman, a chair and an area rug. It was a lot for him to do and it took a while - but the results are awesome! My upholstery looks new again. Paul worked hard and gave me good information to keep my items clean and in good shape. He could have told me they need cleaning every year to drum up business, but he said every 2 or 3 years without an animal on them and depending on spills and wear. I appreciate the honesty.
