There is a lot that went wrong in 2020. Calling EconoWest wasn't one of them.
We recently purchased our home, and my fiance had some concerns about the forced air furnace. We scheduled an appointment with EconoWest to have the unit cleaned and evaluated for safety. I contacted Econo West based on the Google Reviews for routine servicing of our gas heater -- and everyone was correct! Their technician, Guillermo, was outstanding! He noticed that a condenser was leaking inside the heater -- and drove all the way to Oxnard & back to obtain & install the new part. Guillermo was very knowledgeable about heaters, and thoroughly explained what the problem was & how he would fix it. Kudos for a job well done!

Our very old electric forced air heater quit one cold evening. I called Econo West, and their office staff were great. I scheduled an appointment and their guy never showed. I called him and he apologized and said he'd be back the next day in a two hour window. He never showed again!!

We contacted Dave to repair a Heater on the roof of a house we manage. Super responsive even throughout the holidays. We ended up scheduling them to replace the unit. We had a few snags due to the weather where we live but Dave and Gail have always kept us in the loop and updated us every step of the way. The customer service they provide is A+ which should be the standard but from my 10 years experience in this area, it is not. They set up an appt. convenient for me. When Dave came out he was fantastic. He gave me honest options and tried the least expensive option first. He kept in contact with me and was very up front and explained everything and took the time to answer all my questions. The crew he sent out to replace my unit was fantastic as well. I called Econo West to schedule a yearly maintenance plan and an HVAC air duct cleaning. After scheduling an appointment, they called to reschedule the appointment three times and cancelled three times. It is my opinion that there appears to be problems with this company. Therefore, I can't recommend this business. Try elsewhere!!!!!

A prior company took a look at our furnace and said we needed a new one ($3500). I called Econo West and two other companies for second opinions re cost for replacement. Econo West was the first to respond (one gave me an estimate over the phone for about the same and the other never called back). Dave from Econo West came over and took a look. He determined pretty quickly that there was no need to replace. Instead, he fixed the problem in 5 minutes and gave me instructions on how to seal a couple things myself. I'm so appreciative; he saved me $3500. He also gave me an estimate for replacement

WOW-after several attempts and various bids to install a new updated heating system in my cottage, I am pleased to report that Guillermo and his team including Kevin in the office surpassed my expectations. I chose a split heater/AC unit and could not be happier. They were very responsive and communicative and finished the job efficiently and professionally, which was not easy as I had some electrical challenges and prior installs that needed to be rectified. Again Guillermo was a GREAT help in solving these issues. Highly recommend!

Guillermo and his crew came out to fix our heater after the gas company determined there was a leak. (The gas company had been called out for another problem, but did a full survey of our appliances and found this leak.) Guillermo did his own survey with his camera and said that the heating system was just fine, all we needed was some metal tape to tighten up the duct. He said, "This is such a small job, I'll put on the tape and not charge you anything." Fantastic! Recommend this company very highly. Very professional and he clearly knows exactly what he's doing. No problems

I called Econo West for duct cleaning, and the office worked fast, and professional. The technician arrived on time and finished fast, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was going to do and how it benefited me to get this done. I also signed a maintenance agreement with them to keep my A/C unit in good shape. Its affordable and much more efficient then calling them just when something breaks, they come twice a year to make sure nothing goes wrong.
