From the day we walked into the door at Energysavers, Ryan Cole met us with a smile. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. On installation day, which pleasantly came earlier than expected, Andrew, Dave & Greg were all very friendly, professional, efficient & talented in their work. They didn't even object to my husband & our dog supervising the job. We are extremely pleased with every part of the process. Our new wood stove is awesome. We couldn't recommend this company more.

I would advise most people stay away from this company, I went to apply with them in September, I have 7 years of experience installing HVAC in multimillion dollar homes and commercial buildings in southwest Florida, so I asked for a fair pay, less than what they are advertising, they didn't think I was worth that, two day later they offer me two dollars more than what I asked I wasn't able to leave my current job so I waited a month, I tried to contact about working together again and this is how they treat me, I could not imagine working with them now. Very unprofessional and down right sad,

We received our new Jotul F 500 V3 Oslo today. The men who delivered it were extremely professional and a pleasure to meet. David and Austin are wonderful ambassadors for Energysavers, with a wealth of knowledge in setting the stove in place for what I imagine will be for many enjoyable winter nights. I recommend Energysavers for all woodstove purchases and installation. I've tried companies closer to us but none have shown the professionalism we have experienced with Energysavers! So if you're looking for a stove, look no further.

Our old gas stove quit working last year so we were keen to get a new one installed in time for the cold winter. Ben, our salesman was patient with us and helped us to understand the differences between the stoves as well as the options between gas stoves and fireplaces. When we decided what we wanted, Ben found options for us the ensure an installation as quick as possible. Today Andrew and Robert came to install our new stove. They treated my house, furnishings and my dog, like they were their own. I really mean this, they made certain that everything was not only done right, but the BEST way

Andrew, David, and Parker from Energy Savers Inc came today to install a new wood stove including the piping to the ceiling and on the roof—the whole shebang!!! They were polite, respectful professionals. They were spot on with regard to how long the install would take to complete. They were neat and patient in showing the operational procedures of the stove as they lit the first fire in the stove for us. Great guys – great experience! We replaced our old woodstove with a brand new insert and it came out beautiful! Ryan was really awesome with helping us decide what our options were for our space and was very honest and open about how long things are taking with high demand. He kept in contact and his timeline stayed on track! Andrew and Robert were our installer's and they could not have been more pleasant to have in our home. They were considerate of our things, friendly with our dogs and did what they could to do a chimney sweep while they were working in there, even though that is not something that they offer. Having bought a two season cottage and wanting to make it year round, we had hoped to use the old stone fireplace. Unfortunately, the flue was not safe and the old fire box rotted out. We chose a top of the line gas insert that would heat the house and look attractive. Ryan was very helpful and guided us to the right sized and efficient unit.

Energysavers did two jobs: fireplace doors and a wood stove and their sales and service is spectacular! We searched through many other local (lakes region) stores before we found Ben and his team and we are completely satisfied with their work.
Fall of 2018 we wanted fireplace doors, mostly so we could keep the ambiance of an open fire. He found us a perfect set of doors that we were able to customize and also have energy saving gaskets. I am so impressed with the customer service I received her at Energysavers. My daughter recently moved to Meredith and made a mistake on a pellet stove for her house. She is physically disabled and it would not have been possible for her to manage the pellets. After I explained to the team - Nick & Ryan - at Energysavers they returned her cash refund to me with absolutely no hesitance even though invoice stated you could not cancel. This is a great shop with a huge selection of heating options. I highly recommend!

We had a good experience with Energy Savers. We wanted to upgrade our fireplace insert with a woodburning stove. Shopped at ES first, but continued to shop around for comparison. Ended up using Energy Savers since they had the model we wanted/needed. The owner, Steve, spent a lot of time with us explaining the process of installation.
