Jorge and his crew, Paul and Diago, refinished our oak hardwood floor with a Swedish finish and did an excellent job. Jorge has invested in the best top-end equipment available and it showed in the work he did for us. We were impressed with how little sander dust there was, thanks to the best equipment Epic uses. They paid attention to detail and took care of the little things that make a big difference. He is very knowledgeable about hardwood floors and provides a good thorough explanation of what needs to be done. He sent daily texts with pictures regarding their progress. Jorge has a passion

This is a LONG TIME overdue review. Jorge, Cody, and Paul came to my and my business' rescue in the heat of the summer, in peak season and totally took care of us. Jorge and company are a top tier crew - professional, punctual, exceptional attention to detail, and CLEAN. They cleaned up all of the construction mess inside and out of the building. I could not have asked for a better business to work with.
Now, about 6 months passed and one big snow storm later - the floors still look brand new. Thank you all so much, 100% would recommend Epic Hardwood Floors.

Epic did an amazing job and I’m so happy with my new floors. They installed some engineered flooring and did an amazing job. My home is over 100 years old and I was very worried about the subfloor, evenness and quality install. The guys took every measure to do it the right way with care and concern. Very respectful of my home and always on time.

I was beyond impressed with Jorge, not only his knowledge and the awesome job they did installing new flooring in my daughters room but his kindness and squeezing in our small project during a very busy time. I will no doubt be calling them up again when we redo our hardwoods in the kitchen and living areas as well as installing luxury vinyl in our sons room. If you want a beautiful, safe, non toxic refinishing treatment for your floors, Bona is the only professional product that I have found with zero-VOC's.
Jorge with Epic Hardwood Floors did the most phenomenal job in simply 2 1/2 days. We did not have to move out the house while they worked, nor did we have to remove the baseboard trim or the claw tooth bathtub, sink or toilet. They moved the kitchen appliances. So hassle free. We did have to touch up the baseboard trim afterwards, but it needed it anyway.

I cannot say enough good things about Jorge and his team. He went above and beyond to accommodate a tighter timeline for us, and the floors came out beautiful! They are 115 yr old fir floors that have seen better days, but Jorge brought new life to them and I'm so happy. 10/10 recommend.

Working with Jorge was a joy! He is smart, he listens, he is quick to think, act, reply, and respond. He was just fun to have in our home, too. His team was efficient, polite and friendly. And the work they did was stellar and so efficient. We had engineered hardwoods (Real Wood Floor brand selected from Infinite Hardwood Distributers) installed and needed some leveling compound on our crooked, original, unsaveable fir floors. Jorge estimated we'd need 5-6 days so I thought he meant all day, but two days they worked efficiently and were out after lunch and the third day of work they worked until

Epic Hardwoods installed 1,000 sq ft of engineered hardwood 6-inch plank in our home. Before the installation, Jorge monitored humidity and moisture conditions and took steps to ensure that we had a lasting, durable installation.
Jorge performed a glue-assist installation, which is emerging as the new standard for installing wide plank flooring. Even though this approach requires more labor and materials, his quote was very competitive.

Jorge was fantastic! We hired him to sand & finish our newly installed red & white oak kitchen flooring. Originally we planned to use the Swedish finish and then made a change only days before he was scheduled to come out. He made a quick change of plan and delivered a stunning floor for us. Would highly recommend and we plan to have him back soon to refinish other floors in our home. Thank you Jorge!
