After my conversation with the owner, I would NEVER do business with this company. She was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and demeaning. I have never experienced a more unpleasant discussion with an actual business owner.

Innovative was lightyears ahead of the competition in professionalism and workmanship. I called on several contractors, specifically 6 different flooring "specialists". Out of the 6 that I called only 3 showed up for a bid, of the three that showed up for a bid, only two showed up on time, out of the two that showed up on time, only one got me a bid back when they said they were going to, the other never sent the bid, even after calling to follow up to ask for one. All I can say is wow. These guys know what they are doing! We had existing hardwoods in one part of our house and laminate in another. We replaced the laminate with red oak to match the existing and had it stained + finished dark and it looks like a million dollar job. Innovative was communicative, on time, fast, and gave us the most beautiful floors I’ve ever seen. 1000% quality. We had an amazing experience with everyone from Joe the owner, to Sarah in the office, to Lloyd and his team who did the work. You will not be disappointed!!!
