Services
Spas are covered top to bottom with a manufacturer's warranty which includes a 5 year shell and 2 year parts, 1 year labor (plumbing, pump(s), heater, filter, surface, etc.) repair or replacement. Convincing the prospective customer that our spas are the same high caliber of spas of selling for thousands more is a challenge.
As you research the market for your spa, make sure you compare apples to apples. A spa may look like a comparable spa, but you must run through the list of components. Does it have a genuine Lucite acrylic shell? And is it backed with multiple layers of hand-rolled fiberglass.or a far lower quality mineralite or Roto shell?
Island Retreat Series: 25 years structural, 15 years on the shell and and 2 years parts (no labor). Optional Labor Warranty ($250): Stellar Spas offers a 2-year labor warranty, which is contingent and limited to performing the labor for replacement of any defective part as determined by the manufacturer.
Nirvana Spas are covered top to bottom with a manufacturer's warranty which includes a 25 year shell, 10 year interior surface, and 5 years parts, 1 year labor. This is one of the best warranties in the industry! The factory often has new and other colors not shown on the website or Lucite's webpage.
Q: Why are Stellar Spas' prices so much lower than showroom dealers? Is there some component or material used that's comparitively inferior to spas selling for $10K+? A: The Island Retreat series, our most popular selling line, is manufactured with the same or comparable high quality components and materials found in spas selling in showrooms for $2-5K more.

I know buying a spa online can be a very concerning purchase. It takes a bit of trust, a bit of research, and a whole lot of faith. But I can say, I am so glad I put my trust in Terry at Stellar Spas. I went to quite a few brick and mortar stores in my area, and I can tell you, you are paying for their lease with your purchase. Terry's spas use the same electronics, same shell materials, better pumps, more jets, and more options all around. Terry was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all questions promptly and thoroughly. The pictures did not do justice to how great our tub looks. It took around 10 weeks to get the tub after order which was his estimate and we were impressed with the current supply chain issues it was on time!
I would recommend the winter jacket if you live in a colder climate it's a breeze to take on and off. I would also recommend the motion glow lighting package. We ordered it to entertain our kids but I enjoy it more than they do! Great hot tub at a reasonable price.

Terry is Fantastic!! The tub that I ordered was fabulous and exactly to the specifications ordered, came in a timely manner I would say about 9 weeks, delivery guy was Awesome, was extremely helpful along with a strong Male friend to bring it to the exact location for permanent installation. Of course gave a tip as he went above and beyond... Terry is great, I called back once to verify if factory default settings are sufficient, Terry missed my call but returned a call within hours and left me a wonderful, funny detailed message.. Great service, great product! COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!! FIRST CLASS

I live in the Ozarks in Missouri and we ordered our first hot tub from Terry at Stellar Spas. Terry was very helpful and kind. We ordered the spa in September of 2020 so covid 19, slowing things down for everyone did delay our shipment by a few weeks but it was worth the wait. We got the Beaumont, I saw the dimensions online but looking at it in person it seems so big. This hot tub is awesome! When the delivery man ( who was also very kind and professional) dropped it off we noticed a few small pieces of damage to the cabinet. I purchased my first hot tub about 4 months ago from Stellar Spas. Suffice to say, I was extremely satisfied, not only with the spa, but the customer service and personal attention. Being a first-time hot tub buyer, I naturally had a vast array of questions. Terry was very informative, helpful and patient with me. My husband and I wanted a hot tub and with the prices we were actually looking at used tubs locally. I came upon stellar spas website and I'm so thankful that I did. We were very hesitant to buy a spa from a wholesaler that didn't have a showroom but our spa is amazing. From start to finish from the day we ordered until the day it was delivered was very easy and communication was excellent between us and Terry. Don't hesitate to buy.... Dear Terry,
I just wanted to let you know that the spa was delivered on Thursday July 11 2019. I was out of town but my wife was home to accept the delivery. The spa arrived in perfect condition. We hired a local spa moving company to place the spa in our back yard. My wife is positive that it was the best $150 we have ever spent. The movers had to go through the neighbors property and remove and replace a section of our fence.
I hooked up the electrical on Saturday and filled the spa. We are first time spa owners as we had discussed with you. We invited some friends over to enjoy the tub on

I have to admit I was a little skeptical about ordering a hot tub from someone without a showroom and only a BBB rating to ensure that I would actually receive my hot tub. Terry was very professional through the whole process. I received the hot tub that I ordered today! It is beautiful and shiny new! I haven't filled it yet, but I'm confident it will work.
