We admit it. We're hot tub fanatics! We've been in this business for a long time (combined over 50 years). After being in the business for so many years we thought it was time for a different approach. They delivered when no one else could! In the middle of a pandemic with supply chain issues, these guys are still getting after it and deliver our tub EARLY! Yes, early. I couldn’t have had a better experience, everything included, the delivery guys were so nice and helpful. All around 100%. Would use again any day.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. They have a wide variety and just the tub I wanted. They helped me understand the different tubs. Patiently showed me any options I asked about. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for a hot tub, some professional advise and expertise. the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The removal of the old tub and delivery of the new tub (different dates)were timely and hassle free. The set up was done professionally. The technicians were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful buying, installation and follow up process with the entire team. I had the hot tub in wanted installed and running within 2 weeks of walking through the door. the staff was friendly and helpful the entire way through. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Colorado Springs Hot Tub Sales and Service! John and the team were great as we shopped on the showroom floor. They provided useful information and it wasn't a hard sell at all. They left the decision totally to us! We picked a used tub that they had refurbished at a fraction of the cost of buying new. They stood by the product from start to finish, and when there was a minor delay in the delivery, they offered to extend our warranty as a gesture of good will. After installation, they backed up the product with a couple of visits for some minor adjustments

We just received delivery of our very first new hot tub! Pleased with the whole process from walking through the door at Colorado Springs Hot Tubs to the delivery and set up. These guys are not like the big retailer chains with massive overhead cost and fancy showrooms. The savings are passed right down to the customers and it does reflect on their prices, which are incredibly good!
