We had maintenance work done n Cam did thorough n complete diagnostic check up on complete unit. He went over the results n showed me read out, answered my questions n made some suggestions even down to type of air filter moving forward.

We were in need of a new HVAC system last June. Charlie came out shared all the options and answered all our questions. Best price for the money hands done. They were able to install it within a few days. Jared and Cam did a wonderful install. The whole AA team always go over and above. Ariel is great if you are also in such of great community… recommendations via chamber involvement. We were in need a reputable exterminator. Great customer service, very professional. 6/2020 Sorry didn't see this option sooner. We had a wonderful experience with this great company. Very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions. Came out to our home and shared the options that they had to offer. We needed a whole new system. AC / Furnace. Charlie came very professional. Cam and sorry can't remember the other team mate. Everyone very courteous and thorough. It was a big job and a long one for them. They did a wonderful install and we can't be more pleased. A representative was sent to our home within an hour of calling Assurance to look at our Trane system that went out. Our AC unit is 20 years old, and we decided to replace, rather than repair. Jarrod was very professional, and took a lot of time explaining the different types of AC’s and answering our questions. He was REALLY knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. The lady in the office was also super nice, and super helpful as far as getting someone out to help really fast. I’d highly recommend Assurance Air And Heat!

I called Assurance Aire based on recommendation from a friend. Their customer service was second to none. We were not existing customers but called for help when our a/c unit quit running when we were in high 90 degree temperatures. Their repairman was at our house within 2 hours. The repairman told us he could do a temporary fix to buy us some time but eventually we would need to replace our system. Unfortunately the temporary fix did not work and within 24 to 36 hours Assurance ordered and installed our new system. During the time our system was down, they provided us with 2 portable air
