During the process, Ron repaired and corrected some damages that were clearly not included in the quote unselfishly and without hesitation not asking for anything in return.

These two guys are great! Fast, efficient, and friendly! They had returned my call yesterday evening (9-13-21) and were out here the very next day! I was amazed! Other places didn't serve my area and one wouldn't had been out here for a couple of weeks, but these guys, 24 hours and here they were! They answered any and all questions I had, which was great! I will most definitely be using them again and will refer them to people I know! Very reasonably priced as well. Support your local business!

This company is fantastic! They did a thorough professional job and then some! The gentlemen were friendly and courteous. We just moved from the South, and these kind souls made us feel genuinely welcome to the New England area! My house and upholstery smell fresh and look completely revitalized. We will not even think of going elsewhere for our future cleaning needs. Highly recommend!

I’m so pleased with the service. I had to reschedule about 2 times for my convince and Ron was super understanding & responsive. He is a nice and friendly guy. He did a great job cleaning the carpet in my household. He went above and beyond for sure. If needed again I would defiantly book with Katt Carpet & recommend them to anyone in need of a cleaning service.
