My name is Katie Hillard and my fianc Anthony and I are the owners of Sweepin it Clean. After the birth of our twin boys, it became almost impossible for me to go back to school and work and keep up with my older son and the twins. We went from one child to three almost overnight. As you can imagine, keeping the house clean was a real challenge.

Working for this company at first was cool and when I say at first I mean as soon as I got hired ,
However my first day coming into the office I watched the owner Katie yell at one of her staff and embarrass her in front of me . I left it alone and decided to continue working for her although at that moment I wanted to quit and leave right there. The owner is very rude to her staff and if she's having a bad day you'll know because she will take it out on you . She talked about me to other workers and told them that I left because I was using my daughter as an excuse not to work for her

I am so, so sad to write this because I was an early and long-time customer of Sweepin it Clean. When they started cleaning for me in 2017, they were fantastic, personable, and did a great, personalized job. I have a large house that is always neat and tidy, but takes a long time to really clean. But that was no problem for them because the owner came herself with a crew of sometimes 2 others and usually had it knocked out in a few hours. Over the years though, all this changed. They kept charging me the same amount (or more), but only sent one person--and a different person every time, so I kept

I cannot say enough good things about Sweepin it Clean. I am a cancer survivor, but find myself chronically fatigued. Keeping the house clean was hard and exhausting. It was a big deal for me to let go of control and trust someone coming into my house to clean for me. The first big, deep cleaning was amazing. 3 young ladies came to the house. One actually spent time on her hands and knees to make sure all of my baseboards were dusted and clean. I was so happy with the results that I have them come every two weeks. I bought my sister a package for her birthday and sadly she had a terrible experience. After two people for 5 hours, they weren't able to do much and even left some parts worse than they found it. It's unfortunate as my sister was looking to be introduced to a cleaning service for the long-term. To make matters worse, they tried to blame her ordering process when she pointed out the flaws in services. It was a horrible birthday gift and a negative experience.

I had Sweepin it Clean do the initial deep cleaning and I'm a happy customer. There were three of them and they worked for 6hrs! The price was very fair and they were awesome. I got a flyer for half off the 1st cleaning which made the price affordable for me so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. They worked hard on my house and it's cleaner then the day we moved in. Great job guys!
They were far better then my last cleaning lady. They got stuff cleaner and worked faster. I'll be signing up for continued service for sure.
