We’ve been using Midsouth for sometime now and have had very few problems. They come on schedule and call you prior to coming so you know when they are coming. They’ll do the outside of the house and spray around all the bushes. They do the garage and porches. They also ask us if we want them to do the inside if necessary. We have them usually do the outside, but if we find we are getting bugs or insects on the inside we simply call them and they will come out between quarterly inspections and spray the inside of the house. You can call them more than once if you still see the bugs but we found

We moved to Columbia in late 2004. Had a roach problem from almost day one. Bob happened to see me outside and gave me his card. That was the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Over the years we have had different people from his company do our quarterly bug spraying both inside and out. All very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, informative etc. and all just like family in their caring and striving to do the best possible job for us. Questions are answered and solutions are found. We've had them taking care of this aspect of homeowner living for over 16 years. I am living on my own now

In a day where it is hard to find good dependable contractors, MidSouth is exceptional. They are very professional when it comes to their business. When I contact them my call is either answered by a person or returned quickly, and the 'bug' issue taken care of! I believe their costs are spot on for the service provided. I'm not sure how long we've done business with MidSouth (I'm guessing at least 10 years), however long, we trust them and their judgement.

My roommates and I originally called about bed bugs- it was a very traumatic experience and I was looking forward to never dealing with the pests again after calling Mid South to come treat our home. They were only found to be nesting in one room but we had the whole house treated, just to be safe. The lady that came out to our home was very nice and knowledgeable. I felt as though we were in good hands. We had a treatment and things seemed to be okay. After a year I noticed the bugs again. I contacted Mid South about another treatment because the first one clearly did not kill off the bugs 100
