I should have written this review when i was really satisfied . Life is busy when you have a leak and the rain finally decides to stay!
OC Pro Contractors saved my sanity and our roof! They installed an entire brand new roof, including that annoying light well area that's hard to get to and cover properly. All in as little as three days. Seven days later they were back to install custom cut and made to fit skylights. This time taking only a day to complete the job. This alone changed the quality of life in my home.
One week later, when the second big storm hit. We sprung another leak. Of course

We had a little patio cover that we wanted to get reproofed and my boss had been singing Javier's praise for working on his house in Newport Coast so I scheduled an estimate. With the heat seeming to increase every year I wanted to find a way to keep my house cooler without constantly running my air conditioner. I had heard about a roof that can lower the temperature of your home by 10 degrees. I found STAY DRY ROOFING on google and gave them a call. They were out 3 days later installing a white silicone coating on my roof. It worked well and am satisfied with the application. Very well done

Air Solutions saved my life. I can’t stand the heat and when my air conditioner was not working it was an emergency. I called around and was able to get a guy at Air Solutions to come out next day. Cesar gave me an estimate for adding more freon and installing a new part and told me he could schedule the work the next day. I was inclined to sign the dotted line but I had someone else coming out later that day. The 2nd Contractor I had come out and it was a total waste of time. They tried to scare me into a new unit. I was recommend to Stay Dry Roofing by the solar company I was using for my home in Orange a few years ago. They did some repairs and maintenance on my roof before the solar was installed. They were very clean and professional. During the 2 days they were here I spoke to Javier, the owner, about possibly building a deck. Fast forward to this year when I was actually ready to start building my dream deck I gave Javier a call. The level of professionalism Stay Dry Roofing has is unreal. We found OC PRO Contractors on google and they recommended Stay Dry Roofing so I decided to look them up. I found nothing but stellar reviews. When they came out to give me the estimate it was the owner and his brother/foreman. I loved that I got to meet with him directly because it shows he takes pride in his company but it also gave us room to negotiate the price a little. OC Tree Service did some work on neighbors house and their yard looked amazing so when I had a huge tree and few shrubs removed I knew I had to give OC tree Service a call and I was not disappointed. My Husband and I were interested in getting some solar tubes and skylights put in to our home to brighten the place up. We liked Stay Dry’s price and professionalism so we gave them a shot.
