Charles Copley Roofing

Mike at Copley came to inspect my garage roof leaking from solar panel installation. Solar company has originally denied responsibility. Mike then wrote a full report for me, with pictures, to submit. Solar company rep came out, Mike even took the time to come and meet him at the same time. Solar company admitted fault and will now repair my roof at no charge to me. Mike didn't even get the job, which I'm a little saddened by, because the solar company is going to do it, but his professionalism and going above and beyond saved me about $8k and at a time when I'm trying to sell

Megan's response doesn't address the issue of blocking my driveway without permission, nor the damage that that same truck did when their employees backed onto the front yard up close to the house when they did the roof tear off. They damaged my property which I've reported now three times, and they not only don't care, they won't even acknowledge that they owe me both time and money. I will let my landlord know about the damage now and ask him to cover the cost since this company can't seem to be bothered. I will let everyone I know how bad your customer service

A task of mounting anxiety became one of pleasure while working with Charlie Copley and his crew! They went above and beyond my expectations in their attention to detail, satisfying my every wish while cleaning up afterward as if they were never there! I found them to be competitively priced and easy and accommodating with which to work. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the result!

I need a new roof. I called Copely several weeks ago to get an estimate. I called several more times the next 2 weeks and was told they were very busy (in January) and that their estimates are, of course, weather dependent. I finally got a message late last Friday from one of their estimators saying he would be glad to give me an estimate. I called back immediately and was told he was now on vacation for a week.

I now no longer want an estimate from Copley and I will never use their services.

Charles Copley met me at my daughters house in Harvard to repair roof leaks. He fixed the ones that he could find and told me to check the attic next time it rains. Sure enough there was one more leak when it rained. Charles drove up to Harvard and fixed the extra leak for nothing. He not only is a great guy he does excellent work. I will recommend them for anyone that needs roofing in the future. Very honest and quality work. Hard to beat that.

Highly recommend. Honest company, which is very hard to find in a roofer. My husband and I have dealt with many companies saying our roof needed to be replaced and feeding in to the insurance scams. Copley Roofing was honest and were able to tell us exactly what to do to fix the existing roof. What other roofers wanted to charge $13K, Copley was able to fix for less than $500.

I needed the roof, the door awning and 9 aluminum window wraps replaced. What should have taken just a few days due to the size of my house took OVER 5 1/2 months!!!!
They did okay with the roof, but it took them at LEAST 25 trips to my house to re-do, fix & re-do countless times the awning and the window wraps! The village building inspector had to come out 3 times before he could approve their crummy, careless work. The window wraps looked like a small child created them, and each of the windows had gobs of caulk
