Josh is a very friendly guy, gave estimate, easy to get a hold of, said he was a couple weeks booked out but was able to do the work even sooner, which was great. Got Shur flow gutters and new down spouts, house looks great! He even cleaned up the terrible mess from our old gutters full of dirt and plant life growing in them. 5 stars for sure.

I've worked for numerous construction companies, and have done some work recently with Josh at Northern Illinois Gutter and he is by far the the most thorough and detail oriented company I've worked for. He's super customer oriented and friendly, prompt to respond to new or old inquiries, willing to explain everything and even just shoot the s*** for a bit with homeowners during installments. We bought our first home in November and quickly learned that the gutters were much worse off than we expected. We requested a few different estimates to replace them, and Josh came in less than all of the other businesses we contacted. While cost was our biggest concern, you never know who does good work and who you can trust. Josh scheduled us… quickly, kept us updated throughout the installation, and was true to his estimate.
