Ok, well, I had an earlier issue but they did come and fix it and the windows and doors are nice so overall, I would recommend this company...I suppose the name of the game is to just don't be afraid to call them if anything is wrong. I highly recommend New View Windows and Doors for your home needs. Tim Maloney & his crew are professional, honest and their workmanship is excellent. They are patient and listen to customer needs. I can’t say enough positive things about them. I had custom made blinds for all my windows, a retractable porch screen & had my windows cleaned. From… start to finish, they were professional, friendly, adhered to CDC Covid guidelines & were super neat after their work was done. I will certainly call on them again for services. I am a happy camper with this company.

About 2 years ago, the screen on our storm door broke. No matter how much we searched, we could not find a replacement for our specific door anywhere. We tried one of those magnetic strip screens, which turned… out to be awful, was wide open at the bottom & bugs still got in. Finally we called New View to inquire about their Phantom Retractable Screen Doors. The price was reasonable & retractable screen a perfect custom fit. It was installed professionally, safely & cleanly in less than 2 hours. I can’t say enough how happy we are that we went with New View!

New View did a great job at installing our windows. Ronnie and Mike were punctual, friendly, worked quickly and cleaned up after they were finished.
Tim and Mary were great. They responded quickly, answered all of our questions, and walked us through the process.
New View is the only approved window vendor in our building, so we weren't able to get other quotes and so it's hard to comment on the value/price.

Highly recommend NV for Phantom Screen installation. Chris, our sales rep and install tech was super easy to work with, explained everything each step of the process. Was sensitive to social distancing during install and couldn't be happier with the screens. Phantom Screens are great options when standard screen doors are not available for your doors. Not inexpensive, but make our home so much more pleasant in the nice weather.
