If I could give this place 0 stars I would very rude staff when you ask them a price on an item they can't tell you the price and there stuff is way overpriced . I was treated very rudely by a salesman I live in East Hanover and have for many years I will be sure to tell my friends and neighbors not to shop there go to Home Depot.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. My 70 plus year old mom went yesterday to try to order a door and was so racially profiled. The man if that is what you want to call him wouldnt help her at all. He told her he wouldn't take her measurements to give her a price or schedule for a screen door. I have lived in East Hanover as well as work in the area and will be sharing how they treat African American's. This is disgusting because I recommended my Mom to go to check out the store.

Fair Pricing, and Great Service from beginning to end. Installers Glenn & Brian were an excellent team: efficient, focused, clean, and systematic. They scraped & cleaned every label and sticky glue off each pane. Quiet w no music blasting or stopping to check social media. Mike, the estimator was honest & direct re: turn-around time for the order and scheduling. Sandy & Stephen, the 'in-office' crew, called or emailed when appropriate and I never went to voice mail if I had a question.

I would highly recommend lifetime aluminum. From start to finish they were professional and very understanding of my needs. I’ve put off getting new windows because of prices I’ve gotten. When I called mike he came right over and made some recommendations for my windows. I was very surprised by his fair price. Installation was an easy process and everyone working in my house was neat and very nice. The finished product is amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Great to do business with such nice people
