I had my 16 year old A/C go out, I called the company I've been using for service for many years to repair, found out that it was an unrepairable leak. Got estimate from them and a good friend told me to call Mike (Owner) at Jett Mechanical for a quote too. Mike sent me a quote of the 2021 version of what I had within 30 min and said it would be installed 2 days later. The other company didn't sell my brand and was 1 to 2 weeks out for install plus it was higher price for less of a unit. I was VERY happy with all aspects from price quote, to install, I will recommend them highly.

It's 6 in the morning, during the most brutal string of over 113 degree temps, and my A/C goes out. "Who do you call"? Jett Mechanical!!! Called Mike, and he came over within the hour...on a Sunday, and golf day!!...finds the problem and fixes it!! This is why I love this company!! (And he made his tee time) This is what going "Above & Beyond" is all about!!

Nate n his father at Jett mechanical are top notch hvac technicians. They were on time n explained their maintenance visit in great detail. Both were so cordial. My hvac unit means alot to me in Arizona. These 2 have made me feel very secure that my unit is ready for summer action. Cant say enough about Jett n their whole team. 👏👏👏

Our experience with Jett Mech has been controversial to say the least. Prior to purchasing our home in June of 2020, Jett Mech was hired as part of the home inspection team to ensure our AC was fully functioning. On 4/14/20 they noted that the refrigerant levels were low and to check for a possible refrigerant leak. on 4/23/20 they came and serviced the AC and "checked for refrigerant leaks" and claimed the system was working properly at the time. Fast forward a few months, we notice our system wasn't blowing cold air like it used to when we first moved in. On 8/14/20 Jett Mech came out and determined

Scam artist company! They were hired to do an inspection of our AC since we are selling our house. When I asked what the issue was, the young man said it was just routine inspection. I knew he wouldn’t tell me much since he was working for someone else. At the end of his inspection, he had a ton of questions for me, and kept fishing to find something wrong with my system. He then told me my husband everything was working just fine, and just needed some minor tweaks. Well we received an “estimate” for 900 dollars to replace a ton of things. They are courteous and following COVID-19 safety measurements such as self distancing and wearing face mask. They are fantastic from beginning to end. Accurate estimate, friendly, and professional. I asked them to replace our old A/C unit to a new one. They were very good on replying all the communication methods, phone calls, text, and emails. They installed the unit quick and it has been working great. All the workers were very nice. I had met three other A/C companies which wanted to charge much more than Jett but Jett gave us the best price and service. I highly recommend Jett.

In the last two years my wife and I have had to replace two separate AC/Furnace units. Through a referral, along with five years of their maintenance service, we had Jett Mechanical install the first unit. We were so impressed by the job Mike's crew did, when our second unit needed to be replaced, we didn't hesitate to call Jett Mechanical. Again, total satisfaction! One morning I noticed a stain on the ceiling in my house so I called Jett. They were at the house within two hours. Nate, the manager, came out, took care of the issue and said he would return later in the day to make sure the problem was resolved. He came back as promised, looked at the fix and determined it was resolved. He said he would send someone to fix the ceiling and sure enough, a gentleman came out several days later and took care of the damage to the ceiling. He did such a great job, you can't tell there was any damage.

Jett Mechanical is my family's life saver. Our compressor went out right in the middle of the summer and we had been dealing with a horrible company reffered by our insurance who tried to up sell us. When we had to get a second opinion and we got lucky when we got Jett Mechanical. They diagnosed the exact problem which we already knew and fixed it as soon as they were able. With even set backs with the insurance Mike, Nate and Cindy were amazing. For Mike to do as much as he did as the owner meant so much and showed us every customer matters. I am a local real estate broker so I deal with quite a few home contractors. My client was waiting two days for another local heating and air conditioning contractor to evaluate a non-working ac unit. I called Jett Mechanical and spoke to the owner Mike. He made an emergency after hours repair call that day. The bill was less than the other company would have charged for just a regular repair call. Our AC went out last night, so I called Jett Mechanical. Unlike other companies that will make you wait up to two weeks or more, they reacted right away although they were fully booked. The repairs were done quickly and I received a detailed analysis of the problem. I also signed up for their maintenance program. Mike did an amazing job. Thank you so much!!

Jett Mechanical is an outstanding company to do business with! As Director of Maintenance I have had them come out on several occasions to our managed care center. Short notice, after hours, new installs and repairs done right the first time, has by their hallmark. I would not hesitate to use them or refer them to friends or colleagues.
