K-Pups is Fantastic ! They had our fence up and running in hours and training our 3 dogs all in the same day. This fence is such a stress reliever I wish I would have had this years ago. !! The folks are professional yet very personal and clearly know how to train the dogs. Just wonderful !!

K-Pups has been absolutely great to work with. From customer service on the front end, to installation of our fence, to training of our puppy, to continued follow-up, I cannot say how great Jay, Lauren and team have been. There may be people who write reviews out of obligation, but please know I and writing this out of sincere gratitude to K-Pups. They have been fantastic, continue to follow-up and have put us in a position to be successful with our puppy to have an underground fence.

I experienced the best customer service with k-pups. Jay was very professional when teaching us how to train our pup with our new underground electric fence that we had installed. He spent over an hour showing us the ropes and answered any questions that we might have had. They are very reasonably priced for what they offer. I even have the life-time warranty with the company which is a huge bonus.
Jay has continued to keep in contact through email with training tips and when to remove the flags in our yard.
I highly recommend this company.

Using KPUPS for our dog's electric fence install and training was a perfect experience. The install was quick and non-intrusive to the existing landscaping. The training was informative and interactive. I highly recommend KPUPS for your dog fence install.

Price was competitive. Service was outstanding and of the highest quality. Jay, the owner, performed most of the work himself. Jay truly is a dog lover. Has his own lab with him everyday as his ride along side kick and comes in extremely handy in the training process. His Lab is trained to be a distraction in the process and it worked great. Jay is a local business owner who cares about his product and his customers. I highly recommend.

We recently had K-Pups install underground fencing for our Goldendoodle pup Daisy. The process from start to finish was super easy and expertly handled from quote to installation and training. Jay did a great job making us comfortable with the training process which allows for a pretty easy experience for both owner and dog. He is very knowledgeable about dog behavior and made it a very positive experience. He also brought along his Golden Retriever, Winnie who did a great assist. It was so cool to see her first zoom safely through her backyard, fur flying, tongue out, and a great big smile. We

I would highly recommend this business. Jay went above and beyond to get our system working again. It was under warranty but he was not the original installer. He still replaced what had failed and even paid us a visit when we could not get it to work. Excellent firm to work with without a doubt.

Absolutely thrilled with our K-Pups electric fence. Jay was super nice to work with & even understood when we had to push back our timeline due to an unforeseen house issue. Once we were able to move forward the install was affordable, convenient and not at all disruptive to our yard. Jay and Kaitlin came to help us with the training of our puppy, which was so helpful. We wouldn't have had ANY idea what to do & they stayed with us to ensure not only the puppy, but that we understood how to train properly. K-Pups is awesome! We had our fence installed earlier this year. The owner, Jay, was so great to work with. He made scheduling and install a total breeze. He was able to work around our crazy work schedules. The install left absolutely no damage to our lawn, which was a concern of mine going into it. Jay also spent the extra time to train our dog with the new fence and make sure everything was working properly. We've been recommending K-Pups to every dog parent we know ever since!
