From start to finish I was very pleased with Rock Valley Fence. Scott stopped initially to look over the project, answering all of my questions. I followed up with him with some further concerns and he was fantastic in getting right back to me with answers. The installation was done two weeks ahead of schedule by Jason and Raoul who did a great job.

Jason and Cliff were excellent. They were on time and very professional.They made very knowledgeable recommendations for where the gate should be located. They cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with my new fence (and so is my dog.) I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Luke and Zack installed our fence with great care, making sure the posts were completely secure before adding the gates, even though they had to work another day to complete the job. They we industrious and diligent in all detail of a challenging install on a hill. Cheerful and respectful at all times. Working with them was a wonderful experience!

Our fence never was installer correctly. To this day our fence has around 80 sharp barbs ( 3/4 inch )sticking from the post wraps. No one ever called to come out and look or repair. One week after our fence was installed our family dog was found dead inside the fence with a wound exactly the height of the barbs. We paid for 1/2 the fence upfront (2500) and refused to pay the other 1/2. Today we are in court owing around 2500 more plus and estimated attorneys 3000$ court cost . One year later they still have not picked up the phone to make it right or fix the fence. I stopped in last week to talk

We shopped around for a fence to be installed for a few months and decided to go with Rock Valley Fence not only for their competitive price but also the quick time frame for install. Also the fact their attitude about having to work with me when it came to getting the permit for install was amazing, because it was nothing but problems dealing with the township. When it came to the install, Rob and Eric were more than willing to wait for the surveyors to come out, because they never came before the install date, and push back their expected time they thought they could start. Called for an estimate and had a date scheduled with Melanie. They never showed up at said time. Called to discuss why they didn't showed up and told me the date was last Thursday. No one showed up to our house on that date either. The only thing we got was a phone call 8 hours later and no voice-mail. If you can't even get your estimate appointments correct how are we going to trust you for an installation? Bad service all around.

I ended up not using this service after the belligerent unprofessional behavior that happened during the consultation. Even setting up the appointment was abrasive and unprofessional. The field technician was suppose to show up at 2pm on June 23rd. 2 pm came and went and I never saw him. There was a message in my voicemail stating that he was there but I did not answer the door. He claimed that he had shown up around 1pm (an hour before the appointment). My neighbors did not see anyone on my property at that time.
