Jacob was great, fixed lock on oven after hubby bent the heck out of it accidentally trying to open it. And then just as quickly fixed leak in refrigerator. He was on time and scheduled quickly for us. We will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend! Also very reasonable pricing.

Jacob is awesome!! Our gas dryer broke and I struggled to find someone who would work on gas appliances. I found this company on Yelp and all the reviews I read were 5 star so I figured I would call and see what happened. Jacob was quick to come out and diagnosis the problem. There was a bad part which he ordered and fixed within a few days. He saved us a ton of money on needing a new dryer! Wonderful to work with if anything needs repairing in the future he is our first call.

Jacob was great! Service was quick. He found the problem quickly on my freezer that up and stopped working. Had a quote fast. Came back in a few hours to install it and BAM it is up and running again. Definitely keeping his card for the time something else goes wrong. Thanks so much Jacob!!

Regrettably it's taken almost a year to follow-up and write this review. Better late then never. The range went out in a rental property I have. It's always difficult to hire repairmen sight unseen when you can't be there to meet and interact. I'm happy to say this experience worked out great. The owner is professional and polite and my tenant had nothing but nice things to say about him. I felt I was charged a fair price. I'm happy to have found Apex. I'll definitely use them again when the need arises.

Very, very pleased with every step of the repair of my microwave. Jacob came to my home at the appointed time, took a look at the microwave, determined the issue, ordered the part and the next day, returned to install the new part. Can't get any better than that! Highly recommend.

5 Star service, quick response for my dryer that stopped working. Very knowledgeable and saved me money. Thought I needed a new dryer but the repair was quick. While he was there I mention an issue I had with my ice maker and he fixed it also. His business card is on my refrigerator.....and I will not call anyone else. So my dryer stopped heating on a Friday...of course just in time to do weekend laundry. Since it was older, I decided to just shop for a new one over the weekend. No such luck thanks to COVID...most new dryers wouldn't be delivered for weeks some even months! I went to Yelp first thing Monday morning and found all 5 star reviews for Apex. I booked an appointment online and Jacob was out a couple minutes before my appointment time. He diagnosed it quickly. He didn't have the part, but was able to get it locally and return just a little later with the part to repair it. His price was reasonable

Our washer wasn't draining properly and making a loud noise. Jacob promptly came after I called when I didn't complete the website appointment completely. After removing the water, he found the problem and washer is draining. We're happy! Thanks, Jacob!

I am new to Clearwater, and was not sure which company was reliable to fix my washing machine. My washing machine wouldn't drain, and would leave my clothes sopping wet. Jacob is great! You're in very good hands with this professional young gentleman. He came out to our house to try and get our microwave vent working properly so that it vented the oven heat and exhaust to the outside as it should have. Well shortly into the project we realized why the person who initially installed the microwave probably didn't do that, it was very difficult because of the angle of the exhaust connector. While the previous installer (we moved into our home recently and it was already that way) Jacob didn't give up. I would have gladly paid him for the service call
