This place is the best! I have an old set of washer and dryer, but they get the job done, and Capital Appliance helps me keep them running. They're all so helpful and always know exactly what's wrong and how to fix it. We LOVE having them so close! Definitely recommend this place.

My washing machine broke. I called Capital Appliance, got appointment right away, tech came out diagnosed the problem, ordered the correct part, a pump from Canada, received part within days, scheduled two techs to lift dryer off top of washer, replace pump, and place dryer back on top washer. The washer works better than before with the new pump. The whole process was handled efficiently and the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

John came out and replaced a dryer belt for us. He was friendly and did a great job. The price was reasonable and the office staff were great in accommodating our schedule.

Jeff recommended we replace our washing machine but I just called on President's Day & they're CLOSED!!! Seriously?!!! What if someone had a real emergency today?!!! smdh!!! So I'll call tomorrow & ask about repairing the machine. I'm VERY, very disappointed they're closed today!!!

Had them come out to look at my U-line refrigerator, because it was not cooling. The technician informed me that the thermostat was bad and that U-line no longer made the part, thus rendering my refrigerator useless. After personally speaking with U-line, it seems the technician completely fabricated the diagnosis or simply just didn’t know because my particular refrigerator does not even have a thermostat and U-line definitely still manufactures parts for my model. When I called Capital Appliance to ask for my money back I was told the technician made a mistake and it’s my decision

Had them do an AC inspection. They were very helpful and did a great, thorough job. We will be using them for all our appliance needs from here on out.

Was having an issue with my clothes dryer after researching online for repair service I decided on Capital.I made the right decision. Cory was extremely professional and courteous. He was also training is apprentice, who will also be a professional tech himself. We will now use capital for any appliance repairs in the future
