Always there for a full reasonable inspection. Knows the difference between up to code and satisfied code when built which is important to both Buyer and Seller. Recommend having an inspection when listing your property so you do not come across issues that you weren't aware of when you get an offer. There is enough stress involved so a pre-sale inspection is a small cost for peace of mind
