Called on a Friday with pump alarm issue. Very nice gentlemen came out later that afternoon. I had already dug up the tank and electrical. Looked to be a simple wiring issue. Was repaired in 20 minutes. Told me I'd receive bill in mail, which i did. Unfortunately the wiring issue wasn't actually resolved since the pump alarm was going off again the next day. White Systems contacted me about payment via text and I mentioned that the issue was still ongoing. Said they would be glad to come back on the following Friday and check it again....never showed up, never called. Seemed like very nice folks
