Reliable Septic Service

Haha. When a company called 'Reliable Septic Service' schedules an appointment for service on a Monday then never shows up or calls to discuss changing your appointment, clearly their business name is a joke. And when they but scheduled you another appointment for that Friday but never informed you that they rescheduled your appointment, clearly their business name is a joke. And when you ask what time is that appointment on Friday and they can't even tell you when to expect your service, clearly the entire business is a joke.
At that point I canceled my service and anything to do with this company

Had a appointment for a free estimate which they never came out. They call me and said they was coming out the next day and still didn't show up. Very disappointed.

Reliable. Right in the name. I had originally called a other company but Reliable sold me on how nice the lady on the phone was.
Highly communicative, quality work, fair price. Definitely recommend and will be using again.

It’s tough to find honest, quality people in this business from my limited experience, but Reliable definitely fits that bill. After being ripped off by one of their competitors, they came in and fixed the problem, while fitting me in their tight schedule at a fair price.

Reliable indeed! Septic tank service. I had a challenging tank location. Sandra, Kyle, and John all collaborated to get it done without issue. Sandra’s pleasant, and knowledgeable in planning. She gave clear up-front instructions about my part of the effort, to prevent frustration to me or technicians. John and Kyle were on-time, knowledgeable, professional, friendly. They offered good advice about best care of my system, and options to make it better for future care. Agree with positive reviews, and I highly recommend!

Someone was supposed to have came out to inspect my septic tank/ system. Never saw anyone, but the lady I talked to on the phone was very professional. She called the first time and let me know they were busy. I didn't get a call the second time though.

We've had a slow septic system in our house since we moved in 4 years ago. 6 months after moving in I had a company come out to diagnose and was told it could be "this, that or the other" for costs that ranged from $500 to $3000 (they wouldn't know until they started digging). I'm not keen on giving someone permission to do work and charge me whatever they see fit after the work is done and since our problems were only during heavy rain we decided to change our water usage habits and hold off on repairs.
3 years later and the problem started to get worse so we called for a second opinion from

Jason and Tyler came out to pump my septic tank as scheduled for today and did a great job. They were safe and knowledgeable about what they were doing and gave me some advice for my blockage or break in my septic line. I would recommennd this company to anyone who needs their septic tank cleaned. I will be using this company again in the future. Thanks again Jason and Tyler.

Top notch service, very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. We called another service to clean our tank and they never showed. After calling to find another company, I got 5 prices. They were the least expensive. They were flexible with my schedule and arrived early. I will recommend them to everyone I know!
