Our hot water heater went out back in November. At almost 37-weeks pregnant you can imagine this was the worst possible time for this to happen. However, Jeff turned our bad misfortune into a wonderful overall experience. He was at our home measuring for a replacement the same day, provided a quote the next, and installed the new system the following day. From broken to brand new in 3 days!!! Great job, pleasure to work with. We had several jobs over the last two years. They ran a new gas line for a kitchen range, serviced our gas tankless hot water heater, and serviced our gas fireplace. Each time they were friendly and hard working. I was especially impressed with the tankless hot water heater service as the weather was miserable during the appointment. They remained positive and took their time even though they were stuck working on a cold, rainy day.

These guys are great. I call them all the time when I have either a problem or a planned upgrade, and I know they will be honest and do quality work. It’s so nice to have an experienced plumber on standby when an emergency strikes. I’d recommend them to anyone with big or small projects. Just replaced all the copper pipes in the house and they made it painless.

I just had a leak in my water heater unit last night. I was able to turn off my water and called around to see if any plumbing company can help me. They were quoting me an arm and a leg just to come out and see the problem. I was referred to Jim by a friend and within an hour he was at my house checking the problem for a low cost. He called to tell me the issue and let me know that one of his men will be out there shortly to fix the pipe. My pipe was fixed immediately and at a low cost! Amazing customer service! They did a better job than the originals who set up the unit! I am more
