Submitted a work order through my Homeowners warranty and they assigned Fast Response Plumbing to complete. There was a leak where the pvc pipe meets the shower pan, that was leaking down into the ceiling in our dining room. They showed up, cut a hole in the ceiling to inspect the issue, and then said that the cause of the leak was a crack in the shower pan that was incorrectly fixed at a prior time. They said we needed a "tub doctor" to fix, and a plumber couldnt fix the issue. You can have someone upstairs pouring water straight down the drain, not touching the "incorrectly fixed crack", and

Notify the company Monday of my issues based on your schedule they could not come until Wednesday morning but they showed up on time, the gentleman called to notify me ahead of time that they were on the way, and they were very professional. They looked at the whole problem and went to work. Took about an hour to fix my problems maybe an hour and a half and then they checked it out to make sure everything is working properly and headed out. I strongly recommend this company as a possibility for future work I will certainly use.

I tried calling so many other plumbers who never responded but this was the first company answer the phone and help make me a much needed appointment for the following morning. The receptionist was amazing and so helpful (I believe her name is Angela?). My service day was October 7th of this year and technicians Will and Tron helped to find, diagnose, and repair my issue in less than four hours. I highly recommend!!

Was referred to Fast Response Plumbing by my home warranty service. The first company they assigned to us, we were unable to reach. Kept having to leave messages with no reply during the business day. Called Fast Response and the young lady (very nice) asked if we wanted them to come the same day. We said yes. Anthony and another young man came less than an hour. The work was completed quickly. Anthony is very nice and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

Not only are they fast but they are also early to their worksite. I had a 9 am appointment and the guys came around 8:45 prepared to complete my job. They did a great job and they left my home without leaving behind a mess. They provided me with a receipt and both gentlemen were professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone
