I was experiencing a leak in my half-bath downstairs that started after having to shut the water off to the toilet because it running constantly. Meetze had technician come out. He was very pleasant and professional. He answered all of our questions. He was hesitant to cut the walls, but I assured him it was ok as I just wanted the leak fixed. He cut midway in the wall and did not see any water. However, we could hear air that sounded like there was a leak coming from somewhere. From start (calling for help) to finish, I was handled professionally. There was very little delay in dispatching a technician and Josh/tech explained my problem and the best solution for me. Josh handled the repair expediently and in short order, my gas hot water heater was replaced, along with a couple of changes to bring everything back up to code. I would definitely recommend Meetze Plumbing, based on my experience.

First of all, I never write reviews. However, after the experience I had from Meetze, I feel obligated to. I had a waste pipe that had come disconnected in a rental house. The renter is a good friend of mine and they called Meetze to come fix it. The guy showed up on time and ran a camera through the pipe. It had come apart and just needed to be put back together and glued. They had to call another employee to come and appraise the job. He shows up and gives my renter a quote of $4000. Keep in mind, this is a 1 bedroom home with 1 bath, kitchen sink and a washing machine. To plumb the whole house

Our toilet chain stopped working and my roommate was traumatized when she had to reach in and pull the chain herself to flush. They were able to get someone out here the next morning. Was informed in multiple ways when the technician would be arriving and he was extremely prompt and got straight to work. Fixed multiple issues with our upstairs toilet in a quick and efficient manner. I will definitely be using this company again

Todd came the same day I called about our busted water heater to assess the situation. Since our water heater was beyond repair (as we had already assumed), Todd came up with a plan to replace our old water heater, as well as solve some other plumbing issues around old house, starting first thing the following morning. He showed up right when scheduled and worked for several hours until everything was fully resolved. Had them out to solve a clogged drain. First guy was very diligent and worked hard to diagnose as drain problem caused by roots in underground line. Reasonable bill for this first phase. Next guy who came out declared roots not treatable by grinder and they would have to replace outside line to street for $5600.00. He used camera in line but said no video available for me to see roots. I declined this major work and expense and called another plumber, who used a grinder to eliminate roots, accessing the line through my toilet. Charge: $270.00. Even if roots come back after a year or two, I saved

Had Meetze tech come to my newly purchased condo to see if the plumbing was legal and up to par since there had previously been a lawsuit over the illegally plumbed condos when built. Meetze tech said it was illegal and they would need to tear out a wall and blah, blah, blah -- estimate $600.00. Then I got a City Inspector come take a look and he said the plumbing had already been corrected, was perfect and legal, nothing needed to be done. Meetze was going to rip me off for $600.00.

Jason and his partner were great! Very friendly and professional. I was curious about the test they were performing and Jason was very knowledgeable and willing to explain what the test does and why it's done. Meetze Plumbing was super responsive. I called near the end of the work day and they were able to schedule me for first thing the next morning! I definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs!

I understand COVID is a problem.. but it's been 3 months since they have ordered a handle for my toilet. I've inquired twice for an update and assured they would call back and I've never heard from them..I'm annoyed they have charged me for the entire job completion so they have their money as if they have done the job.. I just would have appreciated an update.

We called because our dishwasher wasn't draining. Shephard came out and fixed it in no time. He was polite, courteous, and very obviously knew what he was doing. They charged us only for the house call on a Sunday no less. Others we has contacted were WAY more expensive. I have Meetze saved on our speed dial from now on.

I had a leak in my front yard I discovered over the weekend. I left a message with the answering service and was called within the hour. The person who called was very courteous and helpful. Tony James came out to do the service. He was kind, courteous, hard working and very knowledgeable. He quickly found the leak and had me back up and running. I truly appreciate their courtesy and high end customer service. I would recommend them and use them in the future, especially if Mr. James was doing the service.

My 77yr old mother who has a service plan with Meetze had a small leak coming from connector and called them to take a look.
The technician who came out gave her 5 estimates and recommendations. Priced from $155.89 to $812.67. Luckily I was in town visiting. Lowe's connector $4.90. Problem fixed. Do not appreciate this business trying to take advantage of an elderly woman. Very bad business!

A plastic piece of a mop is lodged in my brand new (less than 2 months old) toilet. I called to inquire; first to see if they perform these types of services (they do); second, for a price range. I was told "We don't give estimates over the phone and do not even have a price book. We want to be sure qualified plumbers are on the job and can help solve your plumbing problem." Did she think I wanted unqualified plumbers who could not solve my plumbing problem? What kind of answer is that? Anyway...
