We purchased a home that had been flooded during Hurricane Sally. Coastal Kitchen and Bath in Foley, Alabama was hired to complete a kitchen renovation but the designer did not measure the trim correctly and it was reordered with an expected delivery date of June 8th. The materials arrived and they were again measured incorrectly. After several attempts to talk with the designer and after we sent detailed measurements, she left us a message that she had reordered the trim. All the reviews were great so I was excited to get started with this company. Their representative came to the house and brought a contractor, I was told it would take about a week to generate an estimate of materials. During that week I sent some colors I liked and a couple of questions and I was not getting any response from the designer . Once the week was up I sent an email to the designer and told her I needed someone who was going to be responsive to emails . She immediately responded saying that she could not get my cabinets to meet our timeline and I would have to find someone else ...which

The lady, Jill, was very helpful. If you go there you have to order what you see on display. Ordering means a 3 or 4 week delay. They have a variety of everything related to the bathroom. My apologies because I did not take photos.
My contractor wants it yesterday. Seems the stuff is never there fast enough for them. They want to go to Lowe's, pick it up, and install it the same day.

I stopped in there 2 weeks ago no one acknowledged me. Finally the owner came out and I told him I was using a certain builder and he says that he doesn't do any work for him. So I asked the builder why and he told me that he ripped him off on a job they worked together on. My builder told me he was a crook and should be in used car sales. I appreciate a veteran but he is way off the wall talking about his purple heart for over an hour made me want to leave right then.. Super out dated kitchen displays.

Coastal Kitchen and Bath is a full service remodeling and design company. I don't think there are too many places like this in Baldwin County. They have a 6,000 sq ft builder showroom complete with kitchen and bath vignettes, appliances, hardware displays, sinks, tubs, doors and windows. Their prices are very competitive and the staff is knowledgable. You should stop by to get some ideas for your next project.
