Used them to buy a piece of granite, after it was installed I needed it to be trimmed(not their fault the size was incorrect). Called them to see if they would come on site to trim. Would not even call me back and when they did they said I should have whoever installed it trim..REALLY? I called them for job, i purchased the granite from them, and they have no interest in helping customer out? WOW NEVER again will I purchase from them ...POOR Customer service

We have been loyal customers of Rio Stone for over a year with the construction of a new home. Hurricane Sally did some destruction to our new home. We needed to replace our backsplash in our kitchen after our repairs were completed. After Rio Stone canceled on us twice they then told us they were no longer going to do our job because they were “going to go where the money was“ and if they even considered doing our job they would have to charge us a lot more. We would have even understood if they would have completed the other jobs that paid more and then scheduled us at a later date where
