Mastertech Environmental of Myrtle Beach is a locally owned inspection and remediation company. I contacted MasterTech Environmental after a family emergency involving a highly distressed property with a horrible roach infestation. We needed everything to be removed from the fully-furnished condo, including wall-to-wall carpeting and plenty of heavy furniture. Austin was quick to respond to both texts and email and accommodating to our schedules and requests. I used MasterTech to come in and inspect my duplex for mold. I have had many breathing issues and just wanted to be sure I had no black mold in my home. Austin was professional, showed up exactly at the time scheduled and was very informative. The results were back the next day. I was emailed results in the form of a PDF file. I did have some difficulty interpreting the data (report) but other than that the entire process was smooth and it gave me what I needed and expected.

Our home recently flooded with 8 inches of water throughout the home. Austin came highly recommended by a neighbor and we are happy we called him. Austin met with us the same day I called. We have a property in North Myrtle Beach that needed mold remediation. We contacted Austin with MasterTech Environmental based on a referral. Austin worked with us to generate a detailed proposal that was very fairly priced. The proposal provided sufficient detail to know EXACTLY what would be done. Once we accepted the proposal, Austin worked with us to complete the remediation in a timely process. We do not live in the area and almost all of the coordination was done over the phone. So pleased that we were referred to MasterTech after recent flooding. Austin knows his stuff and got in there promptly to dry us out with high tech equipment and his polite, efficient team to do the tear-out. We were confident that he destroyed the mold that had invaded behind the drywall.
